Maybe its just me but I have better CPU however same video card and 8gb ram and I can play Witcher 3 on medium-high mixed settings on steady 40frames average.

Just to amuse you, no - PS4 isn't a better choice if you want higher visuals, frames for your games. When my GTX 2gb 750ti superclocked runs at 55-75 fps on Battlefield 4 at all high settings on the sixty people servers it does looks nicer, crisper and smoother then my PS4 version which plays perfectly fine.

The problem is certain people take the game too serious, like everything else in life, balance is the key as is the priority.
Having fun is more important, after all that's why games are supposed to be. There is nothing wrong with beeing competitive however you have to draw the line between what's important and what isn't.
Uncharted will keep me busy with other great games coming out next year. No rush really.

Is Witcher: Wild Hunt worth 60$? For me it is, absolutely, is The Order 1866 worth 60$? Not for me. Simple as that.
In today's economy, money don't grow on trees, I have to carefully pick which titles offer the content and features I wish to spend time with.
For me FF7 remains the most memorable out of the rest.
