It's a journey for myself, I started with gaming with NES in 1992 with original Metal Gear when I was 10 years old. I was still too young to understand the story and the internal convoluted intrigue the series is so well known for.
However, it was a start of my enjoyment for what I consider one of the best video game franchise in making.
As much as I hate to see series end, I would love to see Kojima continue the work in the future.
Strong female main leads are more then welcomed, if anything the diversity (provided the game itself is well made) is what the industry needs.
I'm still hopping (The Boss from MGS3) will be playable in her own Metal Gear title, one of those days. :)
Got the PS4 on it's release day (4:00AM morning line up - before work started at 7:00AM :)) specifically for Assassin's Creed and Killzone: Shadow Fall.
I have had every PS System on release day, no regrets. You pay early to enjoy the system and miss out on better bundles down the road. It's a fair trade off.
Not much surprise there, OLED screen on my original Vita is absolutely gorgeous. It's still one of the most requested Vita during purchases.
I haven't had time to try The Wolf Amongst US until now so it will be my purchase. I have heard very positive reviews and opinions on the series.
Here is the most recent article I was able to find. http://www.polygon.com/2015...
It explains what CD Projekt Red has in store for new game plus.
Playstation 4 for me personally when it comes to all around games in general.
I recently updated my PC and have been enjoying some Crysis 3, Statecraft II and some older PC only titles that my old PC couldn't run.
On a side, I will borrow my wife's New 3DS Xl to play some Smash Bros or numerous amazing JRPGs.
I honestly have little time as it is so one console is all I can devote time.
Such a massive and great game, after 220+ hours I have done all I need to do.
All that is left Is exploring some question marks small islands for curiosity purpose alone.
I can now actually play other games I haven't touched in two months lol.
Waiting eagerly on two expansion packs, I can't even fathom playing the game on new game+ :)
That's the nature of any MMO game and I have said that Destiny is a disguised MMO game way in the back when I played the alpha build.
However, the developers never labelled it as such trying to avoid the genres negativity.
Numerous expensive DLC, random loot, repetitive, almost no story present, grinding, tedious factions leveling, you name it - destiny has it.
The Taken King simplifies those issues once they realized casual gamers weren't s...
This is good news I pretty much have stopped playing with all the ridiculous requirements for light gear leveling. Up to level 20 I enjoyed it.
With the leveling to xp change and better inventory management I believe I will give the game another go once taken King is released. About time they listened to their community.
Positive change.
Precisely
What a lazy and unprofessional response to your gamers and fans EA.. If you want to remove the single player portion of your game, that's fare, however don't expect me to pay full price for the game that's supposed to have single player in it.
End of story.
Can't wait for the game, re-playing MGS4 and Ground Zero until Sept. 1 :)
The game itself has a lot of potential, unfortunately, the enormous grind, zero relevant story and same repetitive levels of game play was more then enough for me to move away from the game after about 20 hours.
Insane hours however, I had around 190hours into Witcher 3 and that was already a lot.
950 however is not unheard of into MMO type of game. I have a few friends who ranked in thousands of hours with WoW, Swtor and FFXIV.
Just the n...
Quantum Break looks fantastic, great work Remedy.
Very attractive deal, Gears of War was always title I wanted to try. With Master Chief collection I might add Xbox One to my purchase list this Christmas.
All you really need is few weeks playing with the controller and the transaction will be pretty good.
The more you play with the controller, the better will you adopt to it. I play with mk/controller on the PC depending on a game and honestly, it just takes little practice. ;)
Length doesn't matter to me as long as it's a good game. I stay away of MMOs since i have no time for them.
Otherwise, suspend/resume feature is my favorite. With work, family, friends and hobby, three isn't too much time to play games for a long period of time.
I skipped hardline completely, I don't really consider it Battlefield game outside of the name alone.
I'm sure it's a good game but not for me. Give me bad company 3 and Battlefield 5:)
Elena is where the story should focus on her and Nate. That's what made original game so wonderful. The rest of the cast should wrap everything up as well but three games together - they went through a lot together.
