I currently just use an HDMI splitter (small box) but will use the XBone, when I eventually get one, with the PS4. I think its a good not great idea.
The dev is getting ripped because of the QTE's. They then state that you can put the game on hard mode and there will be no QTE's. Well then show the game with no QTE's to shut the people up.
Not really. They need to show gameplay without the QTE's, and maybe other levels. I'm not interested as of right now.

The architecture is the same. Will they learn new tricks as the console ages...........yes. That is a given. But to say it will be difficult to master is another thing.

I really dont think it's difficult to master. Its pretty straightforward. You know how much of a Ram pool you have. You know what cpu and gpu calculations your working with. It's all pc parts. Get at it.
Will people use different "tricks" as the generation ages, of course. But as always, as with the 360 and ps3, you will hear people say this even 6 years into the cycle: We have used all the power of the ps4.

............. They use the same AMD chip. They use the same architecture. With the exception of the ESram in the XBone, which is also in the 360, they are basically the same. Just different types of ram and GPU modifications.

I am f'n happy that Sony made the controller bigger. No matter how great people said the ps3 controller was, for them, it cramped my hands, especially in fighting games.

We dont need photorealism. What we really need are better physics, more AA, better A.I., Dynamic enviornments.
If I see a building in GTA I should be able to enter it. It might not have people in it, but I should be able to enter the building and go all the way to the top. If I use an RPG on a building, I want a hole not an explosion and just the people die. I want a living breathing city.

My only complaint with Knack, thus far, is that I haven't seen gameplay where there are alot of enemies on the screen. It is seeming more and more like a tech demo everyday.

Your profit margins are not good. Investors want money. You need to layoff people starting at the bottom because top execs need their bonuses that add up to more than the salary of the people they laid off.

The only thing that will be different are the customizations both have made to the APU. The differences, if any, will be only noticeable if you use a microscope to count grass.

20.00 a month for streaming then offering you a discount to digitally download the multiplayer component of games you want to play online.
Of course I have the internet to handle it though.
I think Sony would be crazy & foolhardy to ask gamers to pay for stuff again that they only purchased last year for the PS3.
