I remember having a subscription to official Xbox magazine in ps2 era. Those demo discs were great.
They made too many. End of story. No concern. If they just put out all Day one Editions they would be sold out by now. If they didn't make any, there wouldn't even be a story period.

I have never had a problem with the ads. I have actually played some good games because of some of the game ads. The other ads I just never click on.
Now I did get into the Doritos Crash course games because of the ads. My kids and I love playing those games.

I kind of agree with this, from my point of view atleast. Nothing just screams must have right now. Of course I felt this way much of last gen. Every game, no matter what the platform is overhyped or over analyzed. You lose your luster for things after a while. I think because during the ps2/xbox era, internet was not as prevalent so we made decisions based on A)demo discs that came with the magazines, B)what looked fun to us as a gamer.

If the XBone games had a higher avg meta-score, would it affect your enjoyment of your ps4 games? Think logically please. Does Killzone affect ones enjoyment of Halo? Does Uncharted automatically make Mario a trash game and franchise? What is a better game, chess or monopoly?

I don't play at 1080p on my pc. I haven't played 1080p in years. 1440p or better.
To put an emphasis on Resolution and not the actual textures used is just wrong. Yes, Resolution will make games look "crispier", but with the power we have today, we could and should be doing a whole lot more.
Until you became a specter........... part 1 was kind of boring. Although the first mission made things exciting.
After becoming a specter it was like a brand new game. It was my favorite series last gen. I even have the games for pc. Mass Effect 3 was so far away from the first RPG game that it was sad. But I don't know about buying it for ps4/Xbone. It just seems too soon. They probably need to wait one more generation to do something like this, and even then it...
