if the 360 is soooo much easier to dev for as you all claim, why is the PS3 version further along? could it be PS3 has become the lead platform?
that you would see less being drawn on the screen for the 360 version as this directly correlates to the massive polygon processing power the PS3 has over the 360. We've been saying this all along and only now that it is in their face are some xbots starting to get a clue.

consoles are supposed to impose limitations toward the end of their product cycle, not at the beginning. I can tell you firsthand that the power of the hardware has more to do with the HPI that is made available for it. What layer of abstraction the manufacturer chooses as a programming platform being most key.
XNA,VB,.NET all = very high layer of abstraction
OpenGL:ES + C = you better know your doodoo when it comes to programming

Resistance (A LAUNCH TITLE) makes ANY 360 game look like a joke.
It is WAYYYYY longer, has better visuals and plays wayyyy better than gears. Every other 360 game after that is not even worth mentioning.
there is no way to put games on HD-DVD for the 360. In their infinite wisdom, since they felt DVD9 is "good enough", why would they design the link between the HD-DVD drive and the 360 for anything other than peripheral control?? they aren't Sony you know....lol

im getting good at and actually have fun playing All Pro Football on the PS3. It looks really good and plays pretty decent. In light of that Im not so hyped anymore for EA's yearly roster update.

I spent two years on Live and I can tell you firsthand, the decent friendly players are VASTLY outnumbered by immature joystick jockeys who never got enough love from mommy. And then theres the kids....lol
Those of us who have a PS3 know what it's capable of. This just proves EA has bottom of the barrel developers or XNA jockeys who would chit a brick if they had to code a game from scratch.

I love it when they go on and on about how much we wear knee pads for Sony. Truth of the matter is 90% of the time I don't even buy sony products. They're too damn expensive. On the other hand I settle for nothing but the best when it comes to my gaming hobby.
If someone over-delivers like Sony did with the PS3, I will gladly pay double the $600 I paid for a superior console.
