just take a look at 3DS, they're more cheaper than Vita, and people doesn't have to buy that expensive memory card. Most of all, 3DS's games are still more intriguing than Vita's library so far.

Almost all indies announced at PS4 conference can be played on Vita and PC.

Even Ouya provides indies games and still failed miserably. Killzone MP so meh, nothing groundbreaking like what BF4 has shown, even Titanfall is better than that.
I even saw the livestreaming lol, the only indies that stated as "Exclusives" are only a few, one of them are Shadow of the Beast.
And so much for LBP3, The Last Guardian, or inFAMOUS Vita rumor lmao... oh yeah, so much for CBOAT too for the info PS4 releasing at 21th October.
And most of all, noted that all of that indies doesn't really showing the actual gameplay.
MS gave away a free copy of FIFA 14 with every European Xbox One, dedicated servers for Cod, announces new Fable and brushed on their indie policy. whislt Sony continue to take a cheap shots at MS.
