Agree, 16k to 300k dedicated servers are really sweet. not mention there will be smartmatch to filtering my region so I can play without any lag
If you don't have internet access, you will be playing Forza with normal AI's like any other games. You don't have to always use it anyway

PS4 clouds are only for streaming all PS1-PS3 games. Cerny himself said that cloud-computing will NOT work to console. Let's just wait how MS can pull this off.

To get all 6 fighters you just have to spend $20. $40 if you want some additional skins and 2 more characters.
