I was going to say that. While Forza is great the trashing of GT was just to see a giant fall but it didn't work.

@Da_Vinci- So if they only accept sites that have a profile on their site why does anyone visit their site for critical reference? Metacritic is designed to be a compilation of reviews from most publications. They aren't doing a good job if they omit lots of them. It's like a site surveying gamers about what they think about a Wii but only surveying Wii owners and then saying everyone loves the Wii.

I liked Uncharted 3 better than 2. 2's twist was too similar to the twist in the first, imo, and predictable. Plus the gameplay is better.
For me it goes U3>U1>U2. I think U2 was a better game but I liked the story more in U1 and U3 I think is the best game of the three and it has just as good of a story as the first.
Yeah the last Sonic game(non-handheld) to get a 9 was Adventure 2 for the Dreamcast...

Well GTA4 was released in April. I could see them doing that and I think it would be a good decision since summer is usually dry and it would make for virtually no competition.
I don't know what things have to be innovative to get a good score. GTA4 wasn't innovative, it just changed the formula to be more realistic but the core gameplay didn't change from GTA3.

Uh I don't think it was terrible. It just played differently than most games do now and that's not a bad thing. It was more old school and played a lot like the older ones did. I had fun with it but I wouldn't put it at the same level as Half Life.

Don't know if serious.... If so that's one crazy opinion that I've never heard before. Most people, myself included, think that Sonic 3 & Knuckles was the pinnacle of Sonic's life.
I agree that it's stale but I don't agree with the Saints Row part. I like that series but the whole car jacking open world stuff is just old imo. I really really hope GTAV doesn't suck like GTAIV. I thought GTA4 would be a reinvention but it still played pretty much the same. Not excited for this but I will be happy to be wrong because GTA3 was soooo good when it came out.
I liked U3 better than U2. I also liked U1 better than U2 but U2 is still one of my favorite games.
