Just because it gets critical success doesn't mean people like it. We will be able to judge what people thought of 13 by the sells of 13-2. If it does worse around the world you will know that 13 put people off.
@kingdavid - Yeah... They never gave out 40s in the past. I think only one game got a 40 till this gen and now everything's getting them...
Not to mention the PS1/PS2 were considered the most powerful when they came out. PS1 > Saturn. PS2 > Dreamcast. It wasn't until a year later with Nintendo's offerings that it was out muscled.
So what does that say for the PS2 or Dreamcast? Dreamcast had a new twist on the controller standpoint with a unique memory card called the UMV while the PS2 had pretty much the same design as the first Playstation.

Yeah they aren't bad. UC1 and 2 had tons of unanswered questions. I read that they should explain Cutter but they never explained Eddie other than he was an old acquaintance.
Like Uncharted 2 wasn't predictable? It had the same major twist as in the first game.... Oh and the puzzles were easier in UC2.
The hate is a testament to how good Uncharted 3 really is. This game has had 99% praise with 1% being like this article. The 1% being the most discussed articles. Not all of them are for hits, some are real opinions, but people always come into articles like these and act like everyone thinks like this when they do not.

Oh so Forza 4 sells a few 100k more than Resistance 3 and somehow that's enough to make it not a stinker in sells.
Oh but the logic is so twisted... Like selling slightly under 1 million is sooooo terrible, yet despite it doing better than most games it doesn't reflect on its quality.

Heck yes! Next to Uncharted 3, it's my favorite exclusive this year. It is an awesome game and the weapons are fantastic.

I agree the Move was better for me. I like just using the analogue stick to move rather than R2 and the stick. Plus aiming at thoughts feel easier than trying to see what button to press.

Been waiting since Black(Head On was alright but basically TM2 with updated graphics) and this game looks impressive! A great evolution of the series.

They are going to continue the Resistance and Ratchet series. Ted Price has said that many times. I don't get why the media is twisting things making it seem like Insomniac will never do another exclusive when they will....
Yeah that's true. I liked how UC3 made you actually hate the villains. With Talbot always doing some douche move and you having to chase him and always just short of your grasp really makes you want to get him bad! lol
Dude that twist in the story was awesome! It kept me wanting to see more. I felt the whole story was good and man oh man the weapons were the best in the series.
