Uh there is split screen local and online. Just not co op online story mode and split screen multiplayer is limited to two players.

The more I hear on this game the more anxious I get. It's going to be their best yet and more varied than the older ones where story mode was just death match after death match. Now there will be different missions to do in the story mode, the story will be deeper than ever before, etc.
They wouldn't have put him so high up if it was bad. People are so dumb. It's like with the presidency, if things are going bad it's SOLELY the President's fault. Like there is nothing out of his control and there isn't blame on other parts of the government.
Well you could say the same thing with Sully in Uncharted 2. He was barely in it and people complained! Probably one reason why he was so involved in this story but even so, I don't see how that is a bad thing. I missed Sully in UC2 but not to the point to say it was a negative thing.
@Chitown - Agree. I was glad when UC3 didn't do what the first two did. It was less predictable in that sense. I knew what was coming in UC2 before it even happened(again, in regards to the monsters).
The first guy we're all replying to is really naive if he thinks he can bash a game then say he doesn't like another game to cover up his bias. Not to mention all, and I mean ALL, of the criticisms for UC3 lately could be applied to UC2.

They've sold nearly all of their initial shipment and the rest are the 3G models which Japanese gamers do not want. It's nothing to worry about. The media and people are stupid.
Who says it isn't a full experience? I could see someone saying this on a GBA or maybe even a DS, but a Vita with games that match PS3 experiences in quality and in this case graphics? Nah...
When did it become about the expensive gizmos and not the game? Sure surround sound, massive HDTV, 3D, etc all add to the game but it doesn't make it a better game.
People are too spoiled now. We all payed $50 for PS2 games and no one complained. Most of them had no online play, DLC, or even the quality that is in Uncharted.
I agree it's high for a handheld game but I don't think it's out of this world high...

So Mario 64 DS, Ocarina of Time 3D, Street Fighter 4 3D, Metal Gear Solid 3D didn't sell DSs? Umm... Nintendo has always relied on ports with their handhelds. GBA was ports of Nes/Snes, DS was ports of 64, 3DS is more ports of 64.
I've been reading about this and I say, how is it failing? It did 400k in 9 days with limited supply(compared to 466k the 3DS did the WHOLE month of November)... They only shipped 500k throughout the whole country of Japan. With only 100k left it's probably spread out very thin and is reported that the wifi version is completely sold out, only leaving the less popular 3G model that the Japanese don't care for. What is with the media and being so quick to jump on the Vita? They'...
@dboy... What?! I understood the story just fine, I don't know how you didn't. It was my favorite story so far. For me it goes Uc3 > Uc1 >Uc2. Uc2 had a great story but I think it took too long to take off compared to 1 & 3.
