I don't get some of the comments here... KZ2 had a poor story and was one of the main criticisms. KZ3's story wasn't good but it wasn't worse than KZ2's.
As far as gameplay goes, I liked KZ3 better. More variety in environments, stealth, slide to cover, brutal melee, etc.
GTA will take notes from Saints Row, I can guarantee that. They always use stuff from their competition, GTA3 was obviously influenced by Driver 2. Missions that were the same, controls were very similar, etc.
I never said Kinect games do not count... Oh and honestly Sorcery looks better than anything coming to Kinect imo.

Well they also only have 100k left of that initial 500k shipment and haven't shipped any more yet. I mean common sense would say that it is probably sold out in a lot of places and spread out very thin. Plus selling out of all the big memory cards is probably a huge factor as well. Why buy it if you can't get the memory cards you want?
I've been reading about this and I say, how is it failing? It did 400k in 9 days with limited supply(compared to 466k the 3DS did the WHOLE month of November)... Well I'd say they aren't a one-trick pony and never have been. There will never be a "must have" title since they aren't focusing on making one great game. If you have a bunch of great games, you simply can't have one that stands out.
My personal favorite game of the year, replaying it on Crushing right now. As far as the graphics go, they're top notch for consoles. Can't wait for The Last of Us!

I'm just saying that because it's not about SOLID Snake, therefore it should have never been called Metal Gear SOLID instead of just Metal Gear.
As for not buying it, well... I think Platinum games are great at what they do combat wise but I just want a regular Metal Gear.

The thing I'm most happy about this game is them taking out the SOLID in the name. It never deserved that name.
I'm not as upset as that guy is up there though, I simply won't be buying it.

Well then you got to look at the definition being used for "killed it". If by killing it you meant by sells, sure(although on a World Wide basis the PS3 did just as well), but if you mean by software then no.
