God, hell yeah!
Well said Agent.
I've said this already, i'll say it again, most of the people who are condemning VR have never even tried it, that's the thing that grates me the most.
@red
Because of all your misinformed statements regarding VR, clearly show you have not tried it.
Ok, we get you dont like VR, but why do you insist on coming into VR articles to slag it off, especially coming from someone who has never even tried it.
"It seems like some people actually think they'll be literally transported to that game world"
I admit that the DK2 is not of the highest spec, but even i have been caught out by the immersion, i constantly shift my arm in the real world to see which gear i'am in while playing Project CARS...

"The mass market casual audience is turning to mobile for their gaming fix. This is leaving more of a hardcore audience for consoles and an even more hardcore audience for VR"
The PS4 is the fasteset selling console, by the end of the festive season it could well be hitting 35 mill+, casuals are lapping it up, i know people who have never even entertained the notion of owning a console in the past actually own a PS4. If Sony can get this right with pr...
They had me at Playstation.
My Fave bond games were Nightfire and Bloodstone, spent hours playing those two.
Cant wait for Heavy Rain, Beyond, i'am not to fussed about.
Well said Cupid!
@red
Have you actually tried any sort of VR?
What a completely un-informed statement to make, it just annoys me how people are quick to dismiss VR as a gimmick without even trying the damn thing first.
You should try driving an F1 car around Monaco in Project CARS or dogfighting in space with Elite or being 5h1t scared hiding from a Xenomorph in Alien Isolation.
Then tell me it's just turning my head from side to side.
There are some truly horrible people on the internet, all because Steam would not give him a refund, so he blames the dev, crazy nuts, man.
Alien Isolation is 5h1t scary in VR, one of my fave games this gen due to VR.
As Pandamobile says above, it's a 2 min job to alter a ini file.
Anybody know if those bundle games can be bought separately, or are they for the bundle only?
Isn't that what "The Walk" is supposed to show?
No, i think VR is bigger than those things, be it PSVR, Oculus or Hive, VR is a massive game changer.
What grates me is that people are slagging VR off, describing it as a gimmick without even trying it.
Coming up on 41, been gaming since Battlezone on the Atari 2600 and still loving it.
I currently have the DK2 but am really looking forward to PSVR, it seems like a new console launch.
It's a no-brainer for me, PSVR. I also have my PC and Oculus DK2 sat along side my PS4.
I recently sold my X1 as i wasn't really playing it much and no games in the future peaked my interest.
Wouldn't mind a new PS4 for upstairs though, but the PSTV has me covered on that front, so PSVR is my main priority now.
Had both, cant stand the X1 controller, in the end i started streaming the X1 to my PC and using DSinput on W10 with a DS4 controller to play X1 games.
DS4 is way more comfortable and doesn't feel plasticy.
Lol, get the hell outta here, you dont even own a PS4.
They already said Q1 2016.
