What loophole?
WTF! It's £49.99 on the PC store, screw that.
Knew MS would charge premium prices for their PC exclusives, PC games have always been traditionally cheaper than consoles, if this were on Steam, it would be a £39.99 game.
Ah well. Guess i'll wait till it drops in price before jumping in.
Absolutely gobsmacked, stunning.
Also, the previews have been very good, all bodes well for UC4 being a monster game in 2016.
Looks damn impressive.
C'mon May 10th! The wait is painful.
Still nothing on QB PC pre-orders?
Spot on Fishy, my fave show of all time Fringe had it all, from slow pans of the Nissan Leaf or a Ford(cant remember which) to the actual cast using those cars gimmicks as part of the story, I vividly remember Peter asking Olivia about the range of the Nissan Leaf while on the way to a case, blatantly a promotion of the Leafs range.
Product placement is nothing new, remember Back to the Future littered with them and that was back in the 80's.
WoW, Journey on Steam would be awesome, i already own the PS3 and PS4 versions of it, why not the PC version as well.
As for EGttR, it's a brilliant game, one of my fave games of 2015.
20 mins is along time when all you want to do is play the game, i know you can skip them, but then you may miss important plot points.
Definitely a unique and weird way to move the narrative on within the game, but 20 mins is way to long.
Such disparity in the reviews as well, i've seen as low as 6 and as high as 10.
Edit: seems most are complaining about the length of the game, i've read 8 hours including the mini shows, can anyone confirm?
Same here, hate those multi click sites.
My fave WWII series is the Brothers in Arms games, loved those games back in the day.
I actually re-bought Hell's Highway about 6 months ago on PS3, great game.
Just waiting for it to appear on the PC store, then i'll jump. Don't give a toss about crossbuy or the Alan Wake stuff, already have the Alan wake games on Steam and i dont own a X1.
Surprised ms did'nt do a pre-order for PC gamers.
Quick, pre-order cancelled!!
Seriously, game looks awesome, predict a 80-85% avg on Meta.
Thanks, that's good to know, have my PSVR on pre-order.
@sakattack500
"I watch movies 95% of the time with my wife. I have 60" 3D TV and wouldn't want to splash any money for VR device just to sit alone and watch a movie."
You do realise the little black box the PSVR is plugged into essentially splits the signal to the HMD and TV, so no, you wont be alone anymore.
Finally, somebody with some sense on here.
Well said.
You're in for a treat, i have a programme on my PC called MaxVR in which i can watch movies on my DK2 on a massive cinema screen while sat in a cinema or watch it on a 200" screen while floating in space.
While the quality isnt fantastic on the DK2, i expect the PSVR to be much better.
Have you tried the DK2 Legion? As a DK2 owner, i was wondering how the PSVR stacked up againt the DK2.
I've been using the DK2 since August 2014 so i know about VR and i totally agree with you, £350 is alot of money to spend without trying it first, then again, i did splash £370 on the DK2 without trying any sort of VR beforehand.
Trust me uth11, you will not regret it, i can never go back to playing driving or flight sims on a boring 2D TV/monitor. The immersion is unreal, for me, a total game changer.
I understand what your saying and do agree with you to a certain degree, but most AAA exclusives on Steam are priced at £39.99 here in the UK, even RotTR(a AAA game) is £39.99 on the PC store. So why have MS decided to price this game at 50 quid?
MS are trying to win over PC gamers and get them away from buying games from Steam and GOG, this price is just shooting themselves in the foot IMO.
For a long time ea's Origin have tried to charge con...
