But how do you know which game to uninstall?
Do you delete a 20gb game or a 50gb game??
You could potentially only have 30gb spare on the HDD, it makes sense to delete an old 20gb game in order to install the new 50gb game.
Also i doubt the X1 will tell you, that you are running low on HDD space at 30GB.
Problem is, in the UK we get done for import tax.
I have been caught out before with that.
Same in the UK, Game are charging £60 for a hardcopy game.
Problem is, most parents don't know better, little Timmy tells mom and dad he wants the latest FPS for Christmas, where do you think they are gonna buy it from??
Totally agree, Steam is a legend when it come to prices, the amount of games i picked up last sale was just stupid, all at stupid prices. I think i paid something like £14.99 for the new Tomb Raider which had only been on sale a couple of months!! I picked up the entire GTA collection plus DLC for £4.99!! Batman: AC GOTY for £7.99.
Sorry, PSN and XBL have a long way to go to match those prices.

I picked up a hard copy of FIFA 14 for £47.00 from Amazon.
Aren't digital titles supposed to be cheaper, i pity all those peeps going digital this gen, that aint gonna happen at these prices.

Problem is, MS have spent a ton of money on getting Metro uniform across there devices, PC, Surface and mobile. Can't see them dropping the metro look for along time yet.

Not having a go, but here is a scenario for you.
You have a non-interchange 500Gb HDD, you have had your X1 for over year now and you have loads of games installed on the HDD, that new FPS is out and you want to download it to your HDD, but it's a 50gb install you want to make sure that you have enough space on there before spending £50 on a game, but you can't as there is no way to check how much space is free, which means you can't delete other stuff on there as...

Simply stunning!! This coming from a PC gamer with a top end rig. Just shows what can be done with optimized code.
Just think, this game is only 6 months into the life of PS4, imagine the graphics in 3-4 years from now.
Been playing this on my Cous' X1, my god does it get repetitive after a while, graphics are good but the game is boring as hell, typical Crytek game.
Definitely 5-6/10, 9 is way way to generous.
I must admit, i did like DR3, had some fun on that, was presently surprised.

It's like talking to a brick wall on here, i have been saying the same thing as you since MS announced "te cloud" back in may.
I am actually a Network engineer with 20 years experience dealing with network infrastructures and distributed computing, so i know this is not possible on the scale MS are stating, Its just PR BS on a grand scale by MS.

FIFA 14 turned up the other day, it's sat on my shelf at the moment begging me to play it, but alas, I have nowt to play it on till Friday.
It was a really good remote until a few months ago when Logi released a new FW, ever since, it has had multiple crashes, it will randomly just freeze, forcing a warm reboot by holding the off button for 15 seconds.
A new one that i have discovered is it not sending out any signals, when it clearly shows that it is by the pulsating line at the top of the display, the only way round this is to point the remote to my stomach(it will turn off the equipment if i dont) , choosing ...

Actually, it is universally recognised that the final release graphics of KZ2 were better than the E3 KZ2 graphics footage.

Problem is, people are lazy, people are to lazy to game.
There will a few morons out there who will buy this sort of stuff and help justify MT's in the eyes of devs and publishers. Forza is not alone in this, I am hearing GT6 may have them as well.
