Love the Strider games from my Amiga days, have been looking forward to this for a while now.
I think he means a patch for the Pulse headphones, they work via USB.
So far, we have only been able to use the Pulse by plugging in a jack lead into the headphones and the other end into the DS4, but personally i dont think the sound quality is fantastic using that method.
It's been proven the LED has no significant drain on battery charge.
I have a DS4 for my PC, there is a programme that allows 360 pad emulation, it also allows to turn off the LED, i can say, that i have seen no increase in battery life at all with the LED off.

"3. Getting PSN to open does seem to take a random amount of time, from instant to 2-3 minutes"
Seems you have a problem there my friend, my PSN is near instant all the time after i click the X button.
(it was slow on Euro launch day, but that was expected)
Might it be something to do with your ISP?
No sorting options/Too cluttered
"The home screen is far too cluttered. I would like there to be some form of sorting enabled so I can group all my games, all my files, etc. I just don’t like having to constantly scroll to get to something"
This is my only gripe about a otherwise fantastic UI, i never use the music, video, library sections on there.
The PS3 went straight to games upon boot, all my games are sorted into there respect...
What???
99% percent of parents will go for the cheapest option. Casuals will go for the cheapest option(which happens to be WII U, but that fad is dying).
"content is the king"
Minecraft is soon to be available on PS4, Knack, Angry Birds, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, Flower, Flow. All games kids can play happily.
Pizza Hut is up there as well, much healthier option than macky Ds.
Looks a bit plasticy for my liking, think I'll stick to my Pulse headphones for a while yet.

"just dont lie to urself ...and dont act always like a fanboy"
You my friend are one of the biggest fanboys on here.........lol
Just like Sony 10 years ago, MS have got cocky, they want the consumer to do it there way or it's the highway.
There cocky attitude towards consumers 18 months ago regarding W8 got them no where and less than stellar sales figures on that OS.
There cocky attitude with the X1 at the start of 2013 got them no where.
It's only when they realised that sales figures for W8 were way less than expected did they start to listen to the consumer and sta...
@Lukas
Maybe in his mind, Sony covertly paid Dualshockers to big up the PS4 and Driveclub?
@pyramidshead
Haha
Yeah, same here, recently picked up a G27 wheel for GT6, hope it works on Driveclub as well.
I heard quite a while ago, that all PS3 wheels will work on PS4, it's down to the dev to allow the game access to the wheel.
OT: really looking forward to this game.
The Cell is right, that vid probably has mono audio, which will sound awful.
Wait till you get it running through a amp our something.
Personally i cant wait till they update PS4 to allow Sony Pulse headphones through USB, mine are waiting patiently on the side to hear the torque rumble of a V8 and the roar of a V12!.
Nope.
Me and my little one have been using them to play FIFA, Killzone and Knack on a daily basis, not one problem.
Infact, I have a third DS4 purely for my PC, which I mainly game on, it has been thoroughly used playing BF4, Ghosts, Black Flag and Arkham Origins, both sticks look like they were, the day I unpackaged the controller.
My £20 universal remote can do all that by pressing just ONE button.......
About bloody time!
I bought the game on release day, played it once, vowed never to play it again unless ea removed online requirement.
Would love to see a Tricky remake on PS4, Tricky by far the best of the lot.
"If you buy a game on your account, install it and let your friend play on it through his account or something, is he allowed to play that game on his console without using your account or not?"
Essentially yes, this is how it works on the PS3, me & my mate both have each others PSN details on each others PS3's, e.g if i buy a digital game from PSN, he can then download it by logging onto my account on his PS3, download the game, log onto his account and pla...
"His athlete visa needs to be approved before he comes back however"
Athlete?!?
Oh Please....
LOL, you just got owned by Blastoise.
I know it's not the same, but I have an Amiga emulator on my PC with a ton of games. I also recently fished out an old Quickshot joystick for which I bought a USB converter for, glad to say the Quickshot is still a joy to play games with.
I also hope Sony do a awesome job with Shadow of the Beast, that was another of my favorite Amiga games.
