What is up with the "greatest hits" version of the game? I have never thought that the greatest hits version of games are any different.
I usually sell my older games to purchase new games. I am sure there are lots of people who do the same.
obviously you are not a psn+ subscriber, but I happen to think the service is awesome. However, that being said, I wish they would make their online play better. I was over at my brother's house, and xbox live is much better for playing games online.

You really have a good point. If aceman's logic were correct, then the MAC would have awesome games because it is a completely controlled system, however, they don't. There are certain types of games that I will not play on a console, like RTS (which is my favorite), but other than that, I want to play games on my 42 inch plasma, and consoles are quick and easy.
of course they are going to say that the systems are a ways from being release because they want people to still buy them. Could you imagine what it would do to their sales if they admitted new consoles are being released? I don't believe that they will take long to release new consoles, but I do think it is obvious that they are going to try and sell the current gen for as long as possible.

Kinect won't fail, but this article will once Kinect starts selling. I know that people are going to disagree with me, but if you really wanted the move, why not get it on ebay for $90, which is what it is topping out at. I have even seen it being sold as low as $80, and this is for the bundle. My point is that the Wii was selling for $700 on ebay because it really was being sold out. I even saw a Wii sold for over $1,000.
I honestly believe that if Nintendo thinks it can squeeze out $300 for the 3DS, they are going to do it. I know that they usually aim for $250, but I think the 3d technology will create a demand even with the $300 price point.
Hmmm...3DS or Move? They cost about the same, but I guess the general consensus is that Move is worth it because of the silly pink light on top.
Considering I can go to my local target, walmart, or gamestop and pick one up, I would hardly say that it is sold out. In fact I was considering buying it on ebay because it is cheaper. Ebay is a good indicator of of supply and demand as prices will tend to be super inflated on ebay.

most people I know own a Wii and another console. My guess is that they already have black ops on the xbox or ps3, so there is no reason to purchase it also for the Wii.
