Fantastic 👍 I seen this on YouTube the other day as well. The tech demo on ps5 was able to hit a consistent 45 FPS at 1440 p upscaled through TAA. They locked it at 30fps . Then they announced they where targeting 60fps and believed they could achieve it now they have had time to optimize and tweak as well as Sony updating the dev tools regularly too. This is epic news 😂lol
I tried my hardest to like the first game, but I really didn’t enjoy it unfortunately . It was way too out there just couldn’t enjoy it. It was a work of art a kudos fir trying something new but no I was disappointed . The next game hopefully gives you a lot more freedom but they seem to be going in that same psychological direction just like the first. Impressive tech though I really think unreal will blow people away next gen
Yeah horizons zero dawn 2 trailer looks nothing like it lol, it’s very impressive though we are in for one hell of a treat next gen. if we can get hold of a console that is with shortages and demand lol
Your half right, but it’s not to the same degree as the new ps5 feature even the switch has it to a degree this new ps5 implementation is next level It’s patented by Sony plus no games really support it properly on xbox one as it’s not effective enough with its implementation . It is only a wide range of smaller rumble depending on the land. I’ve felt it on my elite a few times . No doubt they will add something sim later though

Yeah you have a point, it will be on the multiplayer mode anyway possibly campaign with reduced graphics resolution etc to get to 120 FPS . That’s not really true now is it! Sony first party studios are literally way beyond most games seen on pc tech wise and it happens often so your comment here really doesn’t hold up, when horizon zero dawn first came out on PS4 pro there was nothing on any platform that even came close to it and the same will be said fir horizon 2. God of war is another one not to mention the last of us 2 too

The dev already confirmed during the series x video on YouTube they are haveing ti pair the game back a lot to hit 120 FPS so the same can be said for ps5 too. Even on pc most games need to be paired back to maintain those frame rates . Thank you someone who is actually stating the actual diff between the gpu it’s around 15 percent at a push, it will possibly be able to do ray racing better Than ps5 but the ps5 is going to be able to calculate the rays much faster in the end it’s a very small amount much less than PS4 pro and Xbox one x which had 45 percent advantage on the GPU and it also had 4 gig of ram advantage where as next gen is very very close excluding the ssd and io speed on ps5.
Yeah the code master dev was raving about the power of the series X, he stated that he could believe they had it running at 120 FPS on a console he also states they had to pair back a lot of the graphics etc ...Now it’s confirmed it’s going to have 120 FPS on ps5 now too, the simple fact is the performance of these two consoles are extremely similar
Takes a bit of getting used to it’s great for competitive gaming, but in general there’s no need for that speed honestly and it will be extremely stripped back to reach 120 FPS, not to mention not a lot of tvs do not support that refresh rate . There is going to be very little games running at that honestly it won’t be worth forking out all that money for 120fp refresh tv. I would prefer 60 FPS too it’s night and day diff . But at the same time I don’t want just 1080p I recently bought a 60 inch 4khdr tv lol I want min 1800p next generation.
