All of the massive companies like Sony are greedy it’s how there so successful but this time they are well within there legal rights. These went on sale before anyone got there hands on the console. So there tech capitalizing on faceplates without permission and using measurements attained from nefarious sources .

It was from Ubisoft’s PR rep I read at least 4 articles yesterday one of them actually showed the blog . Type it into google and you will find it yourself . It does say the series X could be upscaled too but I found stuff saying it was native yesterday. it’s not going to be a huge diff though. As the series X only has 15 percent on the gpu

Father_Merrin sorry it wouldn’t let me reply to your comment. IYeah it’s just standard on the series S . The series X has access to Xbox one X code at minimum for games not upgraded yet. The series s doesn’t have that so a separate patch will prob be made for that . Unless it’s a new game being designed for both Hope that helps 👍
Did you watch the latest demon souls remake gameplay? You can see a stark diff between that and anything else shown so far.That is clearly next gen the lighting , textures , geometry , animations not to mention the ray tracing aswell. It has a 4K 30 mode where they crank up everything to the max.They have stated multiple times it doing thinking’s way beyond current gen hardware. Ratchet rift apart couldn’t be achieved on current gen ether

Lucky you, I couldn’t get one lol got a ps5 though just need to wait till the series x is back in stock . I was looking forward to cyberpunk day one but it’s now delayed lol. Going to play assassins creed Valhalla for a few weeks day one

There’s no denying it has a gpu advantage and a slightly faster cpu. The cpu isn’t fast enough to amount to much though. It’s not as big a diff as you might think. it’s around 18 percent which isn’t a lot in real world performance. The design and speed of the ps5 GPU actually makes up for some of that. It’s going to be better at ray tracing for sure though prob slightly higher res
Yeah good point , but the series x has some potentially great exclusives there just a ways off. Avowed , fable , forza, stalker . Not to mention whatever Bethesda titles they decide to make exclusives. Elder scrolls , star field fallout and these games above are all system sellers

Its going to take a few years before the series x has good exclusives hopefully sooner. It is a very capable console this time around so is the ps5 😁
I’m pretty sure it runs all the same games as the series X . Stabilizing the frame rate and dynamic resolution. The S doesn’t have access to the Xbox one X build of the games though. I heard that on game spot
