No its not that simple a good remaster can take 2 years if u wanna half ass it like silent hill then sure why not but if u want a good remaster the game has to be reverse engineered and re engineered into a remaster then cutscenes have to be redone as to not leave it looking all stretched or worse old and grainy afterwards audio needs to be redone and then trophies
So no its not as simple as turning hd on with the only hard thing being trophies these games aren't running ...
