Saints row and GTA are very different in tone GTA is much more serious and grounded in reality focusing more on a rich and powerful story
Where as saints row likes to cut the player loose and have a story that's outrageously unrealistic with characters that are just as silly as the story

To me its not even about equality on this front I'm cool with a little role reversal but like the guy said what would be getting proven by a female lead in GTA it feels out of place and definitely quite a stretch I'm all for rockstar making a game with a female lead similar to GTA.
I did read the article I also played the all stars beta and can say when I was doing cross play on the beta I had no problems with the invites everything worked perfect as far as the invites go atleast
Must be a fault on the developers side because invites worked perfect on the beta for PlayStation all stars via crossplay
