Street fighter has been doing this since the early 90s With multiple full priced releases.
This model is better than paying 60 dollars for some extra characters and rebalancing.
Thank you finally, someone reasonable. That's all I'm saying. Streaming isn't going away. And it's going to be big. People like me and you aren't likely to take full advantage of services like that in anything more than a supplemental capacity.
My argument isn't that streaming will replace cloud gaming for people like us. Most people don't watch their movies and shows on DVDs and Blurays anymore. Most people stream. And download. This is due to convenience.
With that being said the digital future is here what are you talking about? On PC digital is the standard. Xbox Gamepass a has been incredibly successful, and finally Sony reported this year that digital titles sold more than physical. If you think Digital ...
To be clear I'm never going to prefer streaming I like gaming on my PS4 pro and 65 in 4k tv. I will buy the ps5 and continue to do so. But gaming on console as time goes on will become niche.
With that being said I doubt you've even tried stadia. I have, because I don't like to listen to what people tell me and take as gospel. What I can tell you is I bought the founders pack and 2 games. At this point I've played 6 different games on it. And compared to my...
And you think consoles don't currently have latency? Yes they do. However perceivable latency can and will be eliminated.
Are you seriously thinking I'm saying game streaming is on par with Netflix. It's obviously not. But I remember in the 90s when I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to watch bits and pieces of a video. Give it it time it will get there. It's already in a more than playable state for those with a decent connection.
That's just the headline. The article clearly states they're talking about streaming.
I wonder how many people on here use Netflix or any other similar video services. It's gonna happen. Whether that is 5 years from now or 20 it's gonna happen.
Speak for yourself I love playing Tomb Raider 1 on ps1. Sure it's got it's hiccups. But it's a really did game overall
Care to elaborate?
It's at a working level. In fact it works really well.
The service is clearly in early access and it's a failure? Stadia base isn't out yet and it's a failure? It's been less than a week and it's a failure? What is wrong with you people? Seriously?
No it doesn't
Console and PC are definitely still better. But as far as cloud gaming goes stadia is the best. I'm currently at work playing my games on my work computers internet browser. Should I be doing that? No. But it's cool that I can. I think people are knocking stadia a little to early. It's really cool. And works surprisingly well.
Just a bunch of premature reporting. Google said any games you buy you will keep access to
How will it cost more in the long term?
Actually just curious as to your reasoning.
No as time goes on bandwidth increases. To match the usage of the average consumer.
I swear if the Mona Lisa had been created today people would have complaints and be screaming for davinci to fix it.
You're absolutely right. This is such a non issue. People are only now finding out the models are the same and didn't notice at all when they've been seeing footage of this game for almost a year.
But now it's an issue. BS
