I agree. Since when is it wrong to be excited about a new game? Its a new game with new possibilities, new story with new charaters with a chance for drama, action and adventure. Who knows it could be a whole new genre or change how games are played? But instead its ' I hope it isn't zombies or some crap' . You don't see me saying ' I hope its not more ugly, inhuman, thick necked, dumb as rocks people' in Epic's new game.
They already do that now. Ever notice that most of the games on Xbox 360 are more MP oriented then SP? If they didn't do that then people would just not pay the fee and play SP like the PS3 has. I could easily just play single player games on my PS3 and never venture on to PSN EVER. But if Microsoft did that they would probably lose half their Live users.

I think it might just be that the truth. After that research playsttionlifestlye did with the Bullet ants calling its friends with a human like shriek, it leads me to believe it will be a type of survival/stealth game where you have to make sure no one sees or finds you or they will sound the alarm and you will be mobbed by either people or creatures and either have to run away, hide or fight for your life to get away
People just write stuff these days without thinking. All they are focused on is saying that Sony doesn't have much exclusives next year without taking into account these titles.

I am not sure where the fungus fits in but the whole deadly ant thing could signify a kind of hive mind control or something. A creature perhaps that is very dangerous and has the power to summon mind controlled people or maybe others of its kind if it needs to.
