I agree. I have been playing this game and I keep saying 'just one more level'. I played the demo ten times before i brought it. Its that good.If gaming keeps going in the direction its going and ignoring gems like this, I think I will give up gaming forever. Seriously

They are not 'losing' Insomniac. If I remember correctly Insomniac is still making certain games exclusively for them. that is hardly 'losing' them.
Think of it like this. Next gen the three system will basically be on equal ground.With most developers going third party and Nintendo making an HD console, having third party games won't be enough. Why should I buy a next gen Microsoft console if it has the same games that are on the Wii U or the PS4?

I loved how well ND turned Jak and Daxter dark and still keep it interesting and engaging. Most people can't change the tone of anything without screwing it up.But they managed to do it.
I especially love Daxter's faithfulness to Jak. He searched every where for him when he disappeared and risked his life to save him and even stuck with him when he found out he was infected with dark eco. THAT is a real friend

If you own a developer then they can tailor make games that fit you system and they cannot refuse to make games for your system.When a developer is third party multiplat they can get all uppity and snooty like many developers behave this gen refusing to give you games and DLC, giving you games years later e.g. Castle Crashers and letting certain systems suffer from glitches and flaws because you don't have the time to make every version perfect.
