Yeah I've got to get myself a long cable for when the charge has gone, 8hours is long enough for most of my sessions, but it has run out every now and then.

I had high hopes for it to, but I got to say I've been really disappointed with what I've seen and heard about the gameplay. I will try it for myself first though even knowing it probably won't be for me. The gameplay just looks very boring and there's also many other things wrong with the game at the moment.
If anything a great multiplayer game has a much longer shelf life. Not every game has to have a story or great narrative to be deemed worthy, a lot of games are great purely down to amazing gameplay. I've seen plenty of people defend trashy single player games that last no longer than four hours and yet they all paid full price.

I can invite you to the preview programme but it usually takes a while for MS to get back to you so you can join, its not an instant thing.
I really wished people would stop acting like the PS4 is a £3000 gaming rig, DX12 is the sort of thing consoles need so they can maximise efficiency. Brute power is just not there for either console that's a fact.
You can do better than that list of games, but its your opinion. Games like Ocarina, Half Life 2, BioShock, Bayonetta, Metroid Prime, GoldenEye, Mario 64, Perfect Dark, Doom and plenty more to choose from.
Just because the game has no single player doesn't mean it was cheap to make, a lot of effort has gone into the multiplayer. Like I said before most of the people moaning went out and bought The Order knowing it was garbage and about 4 hours long, Rainbow will last people hundreds if not thousands of hours, plus all the dlc is free.
It's a fantastic game, definitely very well thought out gameplay. There are some things that need balancing, but its nothing major and that's what the betas for. It's the first game since Counter-Strike that has me hooked in the same way. I only wish it had dedicated servers because aa game this good deservesit, still runs really well though for a beta.
You're right that a lot of people also deserve the credit to, but it still comes down to the fact that sometimes one persons vision is the most important aspect and one that cannot be replaced. People like Kojima tend to be perfectionists and know exactly where they want to go with something. Although some people don't get the praise they should, they probably wouldn't get the backlash either if the game flopped, Kojima and people alike carry a lot of weight on their shoulders.
I think it comes down to the fact that it wouldn't be his vision and that counts for a lot, its the same thing with movies, most of the time it just doesn't work with a different director. It's a rarity for someone else to lead another persons vision and it work out, you just lose the soul of what it was.
I remember playing Dark Souls 2 and thinking its a great game, but there's just something missing that made the first better imo, the pacing wasn't right...
Soul Calibur 2 is a shocker not being there, I also think Street Fighter 3rd strike would have been a good one.
That top ten list is better, Ocarina is a defo number 1 in my eyes. Would have thought BioShock was at least a top 20 and Metroid Prime to be honest. So many good games though it's hard to put a top ten together.

Shields are the biggest problem in the game so far, defenders definitely need some buffs to. Bandit is actually very useful, when you barricade a wall he can electrify it so that Thermite cannot attach his breach charge. Smoke is actually not to bad either, but his difficult to use and could use a buff on his weapons. Overall I'm loving the game and I'm pretty sure they'll balance it all out in the end. You do make good points though.
It feels nothing like CoD, every character is unique in some way as well. Some characters are more agile than others, but have less armour so it evens out. The only thing that's over powered in the game right now are the characters with shields because they have ridiculously accurate hip fire and don't suffer any knock back or distorted vision when being shot at. I've been playing the beta since Monday, was lucky enough to get in early and stress test the servers. All I can say is that the game is amazing, the attention to detail in the gameplay is top notch. Anyone that likes hardcore tactical shooters is going to love it. People are moaning that it should be cheaper because it has no single player and only so many maps, but you can see they have put a lot of effort in to this game and they should be praised for bringing something fresh to the ta...
Have you even played the game at all? I get that it's not nice having no single player, but its a damn good game with great gameplay mechanics. It's one of the best multiplayer games I've ever played and I'm comparing it to the likes of Counter Strike and Halo.
I would have liked a single player campaign myself, but I understand where they're going with this game and I'd rather them focus their energy on getting the multiplayer perfect.
Have you tried updating your controller? A hard reset may help as well, I remember getting the same problem, you can also update the firmware for the headset, I can't remember what sorted it out for me though.
