More to the new indie games that get released sometimes for GWG or PS+.
Nintendo’s backlog of classics is huge but at some point they will have to go outside of that to keep or attract new subscribers.
Switch online is still a “new” service from Nintendo, I’m sure they will add games outside of their own consoles as well, to help people see a added value in signing up.
But for $5 a year it’s still a good service to get all the old games ($35/8 users)

400gb sandisk is going for $80. If next gen uses them then that could drive the price down even further.
Not sure how much you can put on a 4K blu Ray but, if it’s pretty conparebale and I don’t have to worry about a disk getting scratched I’d favor the cart over a disk as well.
Especially if Xbox does a switch type console hybrid.

What the console makers need now to win the “next” gen is strong first party titles to sell that console to someone.
Because the “well all my friends play COD on PlayStation” won matter anymore.
You wanna stick w Xbox and still play with your friends on COD you will be able to.
Maybe you like MS offerings more over Sony.

I like the service has given me the opportunity to play some games I wouldn’t have normally jumped at playing.
I really like playing OnRush now, think people should give that game another shot. It’s a lot of fun, not a typical racer.
Also probably would help that game out if it had cross platform play.

I’m sure fallout will get a cross play patch at some point.
I’d like to see it where I only see ammo for the guns I’m carrying. It’s all about grab and go in these games and I feel it’s faking to long to pick up stuff you need and see shit on the ground you don’t care about.
The Devs say weapon spawns are random so the entire time during the beta I was landing in different spots in the map but all I could ever find was shot guns and SMG’s.
I’m hoping Crazy Justice gives me the playability of fortnite w/o the stupid building shit ge...

Also cross play is determined by who is all in your party.
If you’re doing solos you aren’t going up against PC players you would still be on a console server.

PUBG and Fortnite are two different games in the BR, genre or “game mode” for some of you.
Fortnite will always have the bigger fan base just because of its F2P vs $20 to get PUBG and PUBG isn’t on “everything yet.
PUBG will be onto its 1.0 release early September it’s I think 4 months behind the PC build.
Anyway from where it was on Xbox to where they have it now is pretty good and is going I. The right direction
