Smart delivery is Forward compatibility
Exclusives are important going forward, as all the major 3rd party games will have or should have cross play in them.
Will come down to first party exclusives, controller preference, and services that will determine the “winner” this gen.
I personally prefer Xbox, but I own all consoles and will get a 5 in time when they have the exclusives that I’m interested in. 2020 just doesn’t look like there will be anything from Sony that will make me want a ps5 this year.

It’s in its best state it’s been this gen, just cause you get a new pc doesn’t mean you need to get a new version of Windows, find what works best and keep it, little refinement over time like they do is perfect
Auto updates, and I can remote install a game from the app and have it ready to play when I get home.
Or you can, drive to the store buy the disc, drive back home, open the packaging insert the disc and then finally get to the installing of the game.......like a caveman

Hence why spider MM is a launch game and not the “expansion” it is and was suppose to be on PS4.
Spider man MM is just a glorified DLC cash grab that should have been on PS4
But Sony doesn’t have any games for ps5 for 2020

They did a complete restructuring of personnel after the Xbox one launch.
In my eyes you really have to start the One gen a year before the One X was released, and Phil had time to implement his ideas for Xbox going forward.
They now have 17 developers and I’m sure more on the way, there’s plenty of Ammo in the gun at Xbox.
