How much money do you spend on games per year? When you factor that in the price of XBL gold really isn't that much, it's almost nothing.
So thats 2 out of how many multiplats (mirrors edge not yet released)? lol, When will you fools learn that IT DOESN'T MATTER. If you just own the PS3, who cares how it looks on the Xbox360. You need to compare them side by side to spot a difference anyway. Just get both consoles and all this silliness will disappear.

It's sad that people need to fight and call each other names to justify their own purchase. This fanboy war is a realy interesting phsycological case study imo.
It's realy refreshing to read na open minded response to an article. Xbox as a brand has realy grown since the last gen. If you look past all the BS then you can see that the Xbox360 is a great gaming option with stellar titles.
Msoft is realy doing good this gen compared to the last and I'm glad since it made Sony step up their game. Everybody wins because of this. Without XBL, sony would have NEVER implemented Home, XMB and all that.

Anywho, I think you should look up the meaning of facts vs opinions. Profesional drivers saying GT is the best driving sim is still an opinion. Forza is a great driving sim, I know car enthusiasts (spelling?) thats saying forza is the best. That pretty much makes your "fact" an opinion.
Here is a good example of fact vs opinion:
the sky is blue -> fact
blue is the pretiest color -> opinion...
oppinions, oppinions, oppinions ;)

The game is definitely flawed. but for some reason I just keep playing. Denis Dyack should have just kept his mouth shut, there are too many flaws to defend. But it is addictive for some reason.
Infinity Ward can do a remake of pac-man and it will still be great. Original games are pretty hard to find these days
You have a point but when you look at the sales figures it's clear that people buy it on consoles rather than on PC. I can understand why since you can get it earlier on the 360 and the PC version usualy have bugs and the PC doesn't have any couch support. Also the X360 is only $200, whats everybody waiting for?

If VG Charts is total BS, how do people know what console is in front? And doesn't VG charts correct their estimates when the actual figures comes out? So in essence the forecasted sales is BS, but the historic sales is correct. Am I missing something?

This isn't a charity. If they make a worth while game, people will buy it. Bad games shouldn't be rewarded with good sales.
Diablo 2 was one of the best games ever made. I have no doubts that Diablo 3 will be great.
