Treyarch actually did a GREAT JOB. I was pissed when I heard that Treyarch was developing this game and it was going back to WW2. I almost didn't buy the game. Now, after beating it and playing the zombie mode, multiplayer, and the single player campaign I can say this is one of the best shooters I have ever played.
Too bad I already sold it because the 360 version is the superior version

How about the fact that if everyone bought used games, developers wouldn't turn any profit and they would STOP MAKING GAMES. Buying used games is retarded anyway in my opinion, especially since they're discs and most morons don't take care of their stuff. One time I bought Bioshock used because I couldn't get it new and the disc looked like it was shoved up someones butt. In my opinion, COD:WAW is freaking awesome. The single player campaign is a little short but extremely intense. The zombie mode is the best bonus content ever !! Stop comparing this game to COD4 and start comparing it to the last game developed by Treyarch, COD3. This game is way better than that game, it's definitely in it's own class along with COD4. ^^^^ Did you even play the game??? The campaign was great and the zombie mode bonus content is freaking awesome. The multiplayer definitely isn't COD4 quality but it's the next best thing.
It's not fair that hard working people wait for games and pay for them while others steal them early. If the game developers don't profit, there's no reason to make games. I hate these cheap dirtbags and he got exactly what he deserved.
The only game this should be compared to is Call of Duty 3. That's the last game made by the same developer. This game blows that game away in every aspect. The single payer campaign, while a bit short, is nearly flawless(except for the a.i.), the multiplayer is solid, and the extra content(zombie mode) is freakin awesome. This game deserves nothing less than a nine in my opinion.
Only thing I know for sure is the Unique Nazi Zombie mode is pretty sweet considering how awesome the single player campaign is. The multiplayer, while good, is not as great as COD4. Just my opinion
I personally don't agree with the Deadspace scores. That game was a great take on the survival horror genre. Everything about it screamed Triple A Game. The polish was definitely evident. All the others I pretty much agree with. Fallout 3, Gears of War 2, and LittleBigPlanet are all Triple A games. What a great time to be a gamer!!!!!!! Call of Duty: World at War and Resistance 2 are also phenomenal games.
Yeah.... ask about how bad the animations look and all the glitches, Bioshock pisses all over this game and it's over a year older
The only thing this guy should fry is his career in reviewing games. This game is undeniably fun and gorgeous, the level creation is amazing and the game itself is one hell of a piece of art. As of now, it's between LBP and GTA4 for game of the year in my opinion.
I here you HMAN, just keep waiting a bit longer, you will be happier than a kid on christmas morning once you get your hands on it

This review is not accurate. This game has great gunplay, breathtaking graphics, amazing environments with dynamic day and night cycle and weather system, great sound, good storytelling and thematic elements, oh, and did I mention the amazing fire propagation. It never gets old throwing a molotov into the dry African grass and watching the fire spread and smoke to leave a charred ground. LittleBigPlanet is the most innovative game I have ever played and everybody should experience it. Guaranteed it does huge numbers.
