I'm surprised 360 owners don't argue against these hidden fees more often. We all know having xbox live or the PSN is a requirement for gaming nowadays.
Xbox Live is a raw deal and I don't understand why people support/defend it over the PSN.

Have you seen the competition lately or should I say EXPERIENCED them. I fail to see how live IS better, I only see how Live WAS better.
The speeds in the comparisons fluctuate way to much to give an accurate comparison.

We all know that VGchartz will never show completely accurate numbers and because of the speed they report numbers (compared to NPD) this is not even possible.
VGchartz works the same as exit polls do in an election. These polls give us an early indication of who won the race between the 360, PS3, and wii with a (ROUGH) estimation by what percent. This is a very useful tool to resellers who want an early advantage before the concrete data (NPD) is released.

Just played the TMNT demo and didn't realize it is a remake of the snes classic TMNT game and made by Ubisoft! This is a bad a$$ game as well, a must d/l!!!
We usually don't see updates this good. Silent Hill and Legacy of Kain are top class ps1 classics. On top of that we get an additional classic and a full game in TMNT and a demo version.

Lets not forget that the PS2 is the best selling console of all time and even Nintendo's dibs at "NON-GAMERS" wont be enough to take that tittle away from Sony.
If the PS3 can keep up its momentum (for 10+ years like the PS2) I have no doubt that in 10 years the Wii will be long gone and the ps3 will have sold more consoles.
Interesting way to word the tittle. It's like a hint that we already think / know that the PS3 slim is going to be a sales giant compared to the 360 this holiday season even though circulars tout the 360.
Yes a small bump in the road to a interesting year. But Sony will come out on top because the PS3 slim has that fresh new design smell that has been attracting new buyers. This will be the factor that wins holiday sales, the 360 will seem more like an aging machine with a price drop.

"Slimmed PS3 Won't Save Sony" = FALSE, Sony is a very successful company showing no signs of collapse after decades of success. In fact Sony doesn't need to make the PS3 slim to stay in business. The PS3 slim only drives the competition not saves a dying company. Get it correct, your a writer for PC world for crying out loud.

It was a SE business decision to move the PS3 exclusive of S04 to the 360 (It was also a greedy decision on their part). Tri Ace "mostly" did make the game before the SE takeover, but the game still did get the tainted stench of bad business.
It's to late I've lost interest in this game, I would however like to see SE get its head back into the game and do something right this generation. FF13 better not let me down.

I'm surprised to hear it from Bioware, but it is absolutely true that Activision's comments were silly because they are going to be the ones hurting from their decisions. At one time Activision could stand toe to toe with EA, but the times sure have changed this generation with EA becoming a monster that may get big enough to absorb it's once competition and teach them how to run a business.
