@1.1 - "Nintendo" is the name of the company that makes the product. If you're going to say something like that, consider that the PlayStation is actually called "Sony PlayStation", and X-Box is actually called "Microsoft X-Box". Etc.

There were originally going to be kids in GTA 3, but R* took them out because 9/11 happened, and they figured it wouldn't be a good idea to have players running around a New York look-alike city wasting infants with a machine gun.

That's not a bug, there's a MAXIMUM amount you can collect of those things, obviously. If it stopped at like, 12 you would have a problem. 999 means they don't allow the counter to go over three digits, so you don't collect anymore than 999.
