Microsoft is currently in a very precarious position considering that the PS3 has now been reduced in price, and they can't even offer the use of Facebook and Twitter to their average, non-paying user? Sony allows the ENTIRE internet to be accessed on their machine, as long as you have an internet connection. Why should Microsoft customers have to pay for a "premium" membership just so they can access Facebook and Twitter?

The dialogue (Rico's in particular) was one of the main reasons I hated that game. The original Killzone sucked, and it was the characters that ruined it.

If they made GTA movie it would just end up as a generic action/crime-drama that happens to be called "Grand Theft Auto."
If they were to use one of the lead characters of the games as inspiration for a film, it might work, but a GTA movie would be totally pointless. Especially considering the fact that it's called Grand Theft Auto, but the movie obviously wouldn't be based around the idea of carjacking. It'd be a badly-named Scarface rip off.
Look worse sometimes because the game is developed on 360 hardware and then ported to the PS3, and it ends up looking like ass because the PS3 is a more complex piece of technology, and the devs are too lazy and cheap to port properly.
