@OnslaughtX I agree the bigger EA gets the worse their games get. Competion is good it brings gamers better products.

Listen I did the same with mine had it standing up in a AC room in a well vented area and it still RROD on me in 4mos and it was a ELITE with the Falcon board with the 65nm chips and the new bigger heat sinks so please explain this to me WHY?? and before the RROD I started getting DISC READ ERROR'S I took good of it and it still BROKE!!
MS will do no more R&D on the 360 they don't need 2 people keep buying 360's right now even with all the issues as long as they can keep selling them things will never change.
You got a whole year and 6mos. that special don't you think it should have lasted longer with out issues. My son has a PS2 he has had for 6yrs no problems at all, 6yrs dude and you got 1 and a half that rocks!!!!

How many articles do you see about hardware failures for the PS3 or Nintendo Wii? Every one thought after last summer when MS ext. the warranty and said they were making changes this was going to be a thing of the past, guess not its still here.
Must be told the 360 has alot of issues= RROD,Disc read error's,disc tray problems,lock-ups and MS is still selling systems new with the XENON MOBO a friend of mine bought one at Gamestop we looked inside the vents it has the 2nd heat sink but not the bigger one and it has the 203 watt power supply the falcon boards have the 175W power supply and its very loud and gets hot real fast. People did any of you read the interview with the lead developer, He said the code for the single player game was done and now they would work on online mulitiplayer and cleaning up the grahics,lighting and gameplay they still have 7 months to work on this he said RFOM 2 will blow the first one away in all areas.
Well since u started it,how many 360's have u gone thru. how much time have u lost gaming waiting for your 360 to return from the repair center and how much have u spent for your online gaming?
GAMESTOP has a release date of 6-17-08 the store manager told me their district manager told them that was a solid date.
The bleak picture was already painted by MS with the design and reliabilty issues with the 360 it has some great games but its a very low quailty console failure rate is too high to many problems RROD,DISC ERROR,DVD failure,lock up and runs way to hot and to loud.
MS needs to fix the problem not just put a band-aid on it, I still belive that the only reasons they increased the warranty was to keep sales going and to avoid a recall and lawsuits. $349.99 for a PRO and $449.00 for an ELITE for that kind of money they should be far more realiable then they are. MS has no excuse for the way they treat the consumers that buy their POS product!!!

I downloaded the gameplay video from the JP PSN store and it looks great, you have a shocking knife and a cameo suit that matches the ground or building you are next to. This game is gonna rock!!
I don't think the kinks will ever be worked out. The whole console is of poor design the MOBO,heatsinks,DVD-DRIVE,cooli ng fans,Disc-tray and the solder use to attach diodes & connections and the plastic used to secure the GPU and CPU and also the GPU is located in a bad spot right below the DVD-Drive keeping more heat around it the solder they use is the cheapest kind that will melt at one uniform temp. MS has not! they try and blame the consumer for all theses problems and I'm sure that in some cases it is the consumers fault. The 360 is a very poorly built console with poor design and low grade parts and workmanship and you are foolish to defend them for what they have done and are still doing to the loyal fans who buy their defective product!!!
SONY'S BACK ! and they took the time to do it right and provide gamers with a reliable console, free online, the games were slow to come at first and now the future looks bright. THANKS SONY!! hey can you smell that? its fear coming from MS and all the XBOTS.
I think developers have gotten greedy and develope a game for one system and then try and port it over to the other one, when they should develope it for each system on its DEV. kits. 10yrs ago this was not a problem because there were so many exclusives and far less muitiplatform games. The best games out there are the ones that were done just for that console such as GOW,HALO3 and RFOM,Uncharted these games showcase how each console can perform.
