You must not play a lot of shooters bud, nothing in the Killzone franchise would crack my top 50 shooters list, maybe not even top 100. I think you’d be hard pressed to find top shooter lists with Killzone 2 unless it’s top FPS PlayStation exclusives, and only then because of sparse competition
They needed to be held accountable for their schedules. Sure games face delays but this has been unprecedented. Instead people just kept throwing money at them, which as an original investor has irritated me. Release the game, crowd fund new features. Instead it’s been constantly throw money at a never ending tech demo.
Probably my favorite game of that generation.
Killzone has always been a sub par shooter. Best the studio move on to other projects then resurrect a franchise that can’t hold its own against all the other shooters on the market.
My biggest issue is games releasing with little to no content, well before they should, like Destiny, The Division, and Battlefront.
It was a good game but in the end the repetitive side quests bogged down the experience, I’d give it 8/10.
Not sure what PlayStation is offering this month but Xbox isn’t going to win any awards.
Great number, the fact Microsoft includes its exclusives day one on Game Pass is an incredible service to Xbox gamers.
Master Chief is the greatest protagonist of all time.
Author, go do something useful with your life. If we wanted a new horror setting all we would need to do is ask you what your perfect world would look like, I’m sure a terrible place no one else would want to live in.
Kinda ruins the argument that if the digital distributors disappear so do your games, it’s applicable to physical as well.
It’s really just a small segment of older gamers who are holding onto physical, resistant to change, the younger generation and intelligent gamers imbrace it.
Why does Bethesda need to share profits with a middle man that did absolutely nothing concerning the game? As far as I’m concerned that leaves the developers with more money to invest in future games.
A lot of this stuff is legitimate criticism, and then the developers calling people names. In the end people will vote with their wallets.
Not surprising. When Disney recasts a young Luke Skywalker (and they will because they've proven they can't make compelling characters) there is about an 85% chance they decide to make him black.
AC1. The free running had never been like that before, it was absolutely amazing to behold. No sequel has ever captured that magic of the first, it's just been more of the same ever since.
Not just the next gen consoles though let’s not forget about PC. If you and I have a conversation on how we bought a game and decide we want to play together, the next thing to discuss should be a time and date, and never what platform we purchased it on.
I’ve been skeptical of this game since they announced it. These games are perfect for coop but adversarial is another story.
I certainly hope by next gen we don’t have to discuss this, it’s just normal that people who own the same multiplayer titles can play together, regardless of the hardware they chose.
Backwards compatibility and cross platform play. And SOCOM.
