Fun fact: Some gamers don't give a shit about esports.
This just went from a no buy to a sale for me. I wonder how much more sales they would have got day one, if they had launched the game with an offline mode in the first place.
Yeah, I saved a lot... by not buying it at all.
"Loot boxes are not bad game design in Free To Play games."
There, fixed that for you.
IRONY!
Sounds like an exclusively Xbox gamer problem, haha.
I know bigger sites like IGN and GameSpot don't like to offend their gaming publisher overlords, so they get those exclusive gameplay previews and interviews etc but there's been a surprising amount of smaller sites echoing this myth that Battlefront II wouldn't be profitable without MT's, which is BS and I'm sure most of them didn't get an EA handout to say so.
EA makes the real cards against humanity, lol.
This whole Battlefront II microtransaction fiasco has shown me , that a lot of websites "journalists" have their heads placed firmly up their a**.
and Jason Voorhies, Leatherface, Alien & Predator in the last one. Too bad we couldn't have Freddy and Jason in the same game.
Here in NZ we generally pay between $100-130 just for standard editions of games on console, $10 less for PC games. To put it in perspective, the $60 US average is equal to about $88 NZ. I'd rather not get price hikes over here, we'll already paying more.
Difference is League of Legends isn't a $60 game.
This^ hell there's even an old fighting game called Fighting Vipers, where you can play as a car from Daytona USA. http://www.gogglebob.com/pi...
Boo to you sir
After seeing that Schick Hydrobot last year, there's no way I could put myself through watching another one of Keighley's game award shows. I'll stick to checking out the trailer once it's uploaded to youtube, after the show's over.
Just play the campaign?
No Bandai Namco on the list but it does say "near-final list", hope the Soul Calibur VI rumor turns out to be true.
Lol, and so many people on here said us complaining about it wouldn't make a difference.
You'd have to be a mental patient to be cool with how this game turned out.
I've seen what the internet is like without net neutrality in Portugal, where you have to pay for packages for different parts of the internet eg, Youtube, Email etc Won't be surprised if companies in the US end up doing the same thing
