Yes, SE screwed up with x10, taking them ages to update the OS, but i think they learn from their mistake.
PSPGo was overpriced, and a lot of people got PSP to play free psp games, and at that time PSPgo was not hackable.

1) the PS2 did not have a 30%+ failure rate
2) it also took a class action lawsuit before microsoft did the 3 yr warranty...
when the 360 launch it had a 90 DAYS WARRANTY (NINTY DAYS), then it got extended to 1 YEAR, then when the lawsuit came in they admitted there was a problem with the 360(over a year after the 360 released). and put 1 billion for the 3 yr warranty
