if you'll saying the PC is the best version, then it would mean the PS3 is the best version, since it COMES WITH PC VERSION.
It would mean that more people will have to buy 360 if they want to game, if PS went under. Or another company can come in (apple?)

you never know. there's a lot of shaddy stuff going on around the world, and everyone has a price ;).
MS can buy their way out of it. Especially since they are an american company. Government wouldn't want a billion dollar company going away.

actually the PS3 version is the best, because you also get the PC version.
you didnt mention about, sony compensating, with 1 month PS+ to everyone and extend PS+ to people the same amount of down time, in addition to downloadable games/content.
and also only some stuff are not encrypted, CC are encrypted, passwords are hashed.

360 didnt have 3yr warranty, when it first came out.
I believe, at first it was 90 days, then after a few months it was extended to 1 year. Then a year or so later, the 3yr warranty[only of rrod].
