I do believe it will sell significantly more consoles for the PS3. Most people that wanted a 360 got one for Gears, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Oblivion, etc...
This is a known game for Sony. Although anyone that follows gaming knew for 2 years this was coming to the 360 it made it's fame on the Playstation.
This is the first big system selling title (excluding COD4. he knew that game was going to be that successful) for Sony. Then again it's just one of many to that is...
Of course this is just my opinion but I think Burnout Paradise was the 1st must have game of 2008.
I don't think this is anything more then MS trying to get rid of their stock of HD DVD add ons. I can't see them making any more of them. They probably just dropped the price to move what they have left in warehouses and retail stores.
When I see sales charts of multiplatform games they are actually selling just as good if not better on the PS3 recently. If you take userbase size into account. The 360 has almost 2x the userbase of the PS3 yet the games are not out selling 2 to 1. Burnout, COD4 and now DMC4 show this.
They are on the same system.
Buy both if you own a PS3. No brainer.
The Saturn was one of the best consoles ever made for fighting games alone. Do you guys remember the add on 8 meg ram cartridge for Street Fighter vs Xmen, Marvel Super Heroes, Darkstalkers Revenge, etc...? That system was the next best thing to a Neo Geo for 2D fighting games.
the hard drive standard. I would much rather it read from the disc like it does on my 360 drive. There is nothing like hearing that drive roar so loud I can barely hear my speakers. I also love the mini stop and starts while it's finding the information off of the disc. That is my favorite part.
Sometimes fanboys like you make me want to laugh out loud and instead I simply roll my eyes and move along. Every once in a while I chime in though. It's good therapy.

where a certain company was show casing multiplatform games as if they were exclusive to them only. While the other company was mostly displaying their exclusive titles.
Someone here is a hypocrite. Don't sweat it though it's a common trait among fanboys.
It is the only way a company can make modifications to their product without causing unwanted problems from the consumers and retailers. Think about it.
Example: They can't add a rumble controller, headset, video cable, or modifications of any kind to the hardware and sell it under the same sku.
Imagine you purchase a unit from older stock without the new additions. Are you going to say oh well, I guess I goofed? NO! You are going to march right back into the sto...

RGB and super white isn't set. On my 1080p displays you have to struggle to see any differences at all.
One thing this video doesn't show is the controls or sound of the game. Anyone that has played both will tell you one is definitely better than the other in those areas.
I can't tell the difference in graphics one bit. I am comparing them on 2 1080p Samsungs side by side at the same time. There are differences but they are a wash.
Once place nobody can argue is the controls. The PS3 version is spot on and everything works flawlessly. On the 360 version they are a little sluggish and sometimes the character walks when he should be sprinting.
These screenshots shown in this article are complete garbage and taken by an obvious fan...
He is one of the rare people on this site that isn't an ignorant fanboy.
needs to look for another job. This guy is a complete joke and hack as a game reviewer / critic.
Brilliant visuals and Forza (1 or 2) should not be mentioned in the same article, EVER. Forza is one of the best racers I have ever played but this is the first time I have ever heard a person, other than a fanboy trying to stir up nonsense / lie his/her @zz off, say that Forza has anything but just good or even great visuals.
Brilliant visuals? Ah no.

Sometimes it simply boggles my mind that people can be this ignorant. Yeah I feel so blessed that MS dropped the Xbox like a dirty habit and forced their users to move on or be left behind. Way to show the consumer you will support them after they spent their hard earned cash on your product.
Ask yourself this question CNIVEK
where do you think most of those 120+ million Sony PS2 owners are going to go when they decide to join this generation of gaming.
This year is already off to a good start.
Halo 3 sold more.
COD4 is played more.
As far as some saying it won't last I think it's the exact opposite. I think more and more people are leaving Halo 3 and going to COD4. I see tons of players with barely any rank on COD4 every time I play it.
I can definitely tell a difference between the multiplatform games I have tried by switching between the 2 on the same sound systems.
At first I thought it was because I was using HDMI audio with the PS3 and optical with the 360. So I did a few experiments with both and every time I can tell an audible difference bewteen the 2 systems. It's not night and day but it just sounds cleaner on the PS3.
HS, Warhawk and Uncharted all have excellent sound. I noticed the ...
Are these guys even using a 5.1 sound system when comparing the differences? I find it odd that in the age of Hi Def video and audio gaming all reviewers talk about is visuals.
I have both the 360 and PS3 and one place there is a significant difference is in their sound. The PS3 is more articulate with most cross platform games I have tried. I am not bashing the 360 here because most games on the system sound incredible but if you own a decent sound system (not a HTIB from Walm...
