Ok now that the DVD war is over bring on those big titles, Home and XMB that we are craving. All that and one more price cut from Sony is when their sales are going to go through the roof.

or downloading. For me it's all about quality of video and audio vs compressed downloads. I want uncompressed 1080p video and True Dolby Digital audio vs compressed video and audio.
I can't believe people even want digital downloads if you are a gamer. This is going to cause nothing but problems for the net worldwide. If digital download takes off ISP's will bottleneck our bandwidth. Most countries don't have decent bandwidth to begin with.

be one of the biggest selling, if not the single biggest selling, "fighting" games this gen. There is nothing like the SF engine. Nothing. I love VF, Tekken, Soul Cablibur, Mortal, Killer Instinct, DOA, Bloody Road, etc... as much as the next guy but nothing will bring in sales like a brand new Street Fighter game.
I think that is the best of both worlds.
Someday I will pick up a Wii but not until after it drops drastically in price.
Why not just locked down every Gears of War sequel with Epic instead? I don't see how purchasing them is a good move for MS when most don't care for their UT engine. Unless of course MS has a crystal ball and somehow feels Epics next UT engine will revolutionize the industry.

Isn't it amazing how that is all we hear now that BluRay has defeated HD DVD? IMO It's looks so desperate for the people and companies that backed HD DVD to now be trumpeting digital download.

but this game looks decent. The cover system is awesome. I just hope it plays well online so we don't have to go through what we have been going through with COD4. Waiting, waiting, and more waiting for the update to fix the little annoyances
I was bored after an hour and the lag on the demo was pretty bad. It was a hit and a miss. Sometimes it ran decent and sometimes it was real bad. I don't see how they are going to pull off 50 players if it lags with 16 to 24.
I am waiting for Bad Company too. That is what this game pretends to be but it doesn't pull it off.
I lost 3 bubbles for saying DMC4 is better on the PS3 after playing both versions all the way through. This place will never change. Open zone or not. That is why I rarely post.

Having both versions since launch I can honestly say the PS3 version has equivalent graphics, faster load times, better controls and superior sound.
I myself wasn't crazy about the intial install but the pros far out weigh the cons. I just played a couple rounds of COD4 on the 360 while I waited. Sure is nice to own both consoles so I don't feel the need to defend the one I don't own.

I probably won't use Home much but I will fool around with it. At least it's a option for people that want to utilize what it has to offer. Sims fans will LOVE it.
All I want from Sony is XMB.
