That reveal trailer had me going "Wow!", everything they've shown since has me going like "zzz zzz"
no shit!
You don't see those types of articles written about Microsoft because the media believes competition is great for the industry and Microsoft is holding on by a thread...
Microsoft is this cartoon rope bridge that's seen better days (a few bad steps and you fall to a mediocre death)
Sony on the other hand is this big beautiful bridge that's holding the entire weight of the industry on its back. The media has been using this bridge for years tha...
I feel Gamepass has totally changed the way Microsoft promotes its games.
Traditionally you do like Days Gone is doing with preview events, demo booths and media blitzes
With Gamepass now they let their customers preview the game for them. "hey how do we know the game is good Microsoft? I don't know, you'll have to give us 10$ to find out"
It's definitely a different approach, but part of me just believes that th...
I'm just pointing out that both theses games are highly scrutinize, but only Days Gone has the courage to put its game out there for the media & public to see.
I hope every game ever made will be great, but usually when you're proud of your work, you put it out there for the world to see.
At one point we could probably say that this game will make or break Sony Bend... Now I believe since Microsoft bought a handful of studios, Sony doesn't really have a choice but to keep them no matter the outcome... Besides what's going on behind closed doors, the product I'm seeing in front of me looks really promising. It has that mad max vibe to it which is awesome since that Gameplay loop was right up my alley. Can't wait and it's a day one for me.
What's the point you're trying to make?
I'm saying there's a big difference between
"7 million people have eaten at Bob restaurant in the past 4 months" & "7 million people are eating at Bobs restaurant as we speak"
On twitter they officially said 7 millions people had played it... This article twisted it around
There's not "more than 7 millions playing it" , there's 7 millions accounts who have played it (at least once)
It's good for the game, but there's no need to twist it around
You're write!
"Sell for $3.3k" why didn't they just right $3300 instead? It's the same exact amount of characters...
By the time the PS5 releases, the media will have turned Sony into the underdog.... 🤣
All I'm missing is killing the Valkyrie queen and those Oden birds... I don't think I'll ever get the platinum since I'm not going around the entire map looking for those damn birds...
I saw those and the gaming media ignored it like Microsoft was holding their kid at ransom...
In a world of Trump you would figure a little transparency would be a no brainer. But even after 5 years on the market, the gaming media are fully content being kept in the dark and opting to spread their misinformation with a smile on their face.
Boner Alert!
I wish someone on the inside track would just leak the Xbox sales numbers so we can all have a proper opinion on the matter. Numbers aren't the entire picture, but right now all we can go by is the spin job coming out of the Microsoft PR machine.
The gaming media is truly spineless that they would rather their viewers believe a lie than having to ask the though questions.
To be honest if Sony bought them it would basically complete Sony. Sony really needs a great FPS studio. Don't get me wrong, Guerrilla is very talented, but after Horizon Zero dawn, I want them to just keep doing open World games.
If Microsoft can't figure it out on their own that's their own damn problem. I'm not going to feel pity for them or point them in the right direction. I will on the other hand congratulate them on a job well done with my words and wallet if that time ever comes.
Microsoft can never learn because they're a multi billion dollars company and everything that would make their console/gaming devision stand out, will get cut on the chopping block by suits because t...
Playstation had almost double the revenue xbox had... Plus since Microsoft are being secretive about sales and what constitutes "gaming" to them that we can't really know. (might throw in some surface numbers mixed in to make it look better)
This is looking better every new trailer. Mad max feeling, with some horizon zero dawn flavour.
