Really looking forward to that too, and the next Test Drive as well.
Hah my money's spread thin on getting stuff I actually need, a few PS3 games, a few PSP games, Mass Effect, and a Wii with No More Heroes.
It seems all of those issues are fading though, some of those even go hand in hand. Poor ports = no one's going to buy the games which leads to poor attach rate (another phrase I'd like not to see in 2008). Sales of the system are tied to the games which now due to the price cut and library of games that are being released should be a problem of the past.
I don't even want to get too deep into the memory thing but they've been working on lowering the footprint of the XMB. Grap...
Hahaha can't say I was expecting any higher. This franchise needs a drastic change or to be taken out to the back shed and "dealt with". I enjoyed the first Underground (since that's the beginning of the "change" to street racing) immensely. UG2 was a step in the right place with the open world only marred by the blatant product placement. If you're going to feed me ads ingame, please do not charge me full price for it. Most Wanted was mostly forgettable, and Carbon was be...
That and they offer something in exchange for getting them in the first place.
VERY cool that Psychonauts is getting more exposure. I hope they put Otogi II on there as it's the only Xbox game I've been unable to find.
I want to be able to play an entire group, I thought I was going to be able to but so far no :(. This way I can set my system on autopilot for tv shows that are stored on the drive, the PSP allows you to do so.
I still wanna pick this up for the Fragile Alliance mode, and to see the story told.
JUST like another game that features a super dope soldier in his elderly state on the "droid" system. So here it is, they let Bioshock go and you guys let MGS4 go. Deal?
With the price cut in place and the games that are now rolling out, the two major complaints on the PS3 have been dealt with. With Sony's new AD campaign the word's getting out to the masses so sales will pick up. We already know Home is coming which will hopefully tie up anything anyone could ever say about the PSN. They were arrogant at first true enough but they were humbled and learned from it probably to the benefit of gamers everywhere. We've seen what Gears did for the 360 even though ...
MMMMMMMM HMMMMMMMMM!!
No, Aaron Thomas is the one who reviewed Ratchet. He's also a predominantly sports centric reviewer which is why everyone questioned why he was chosen to review a platformer instead of Kevin VanOrd (the reviewer doing AC) or Alex Navarro. That just shows you how one bad apple spoils the whole bunch, of course the rest of them claiming they agreed with him didn't help their individual cases either.
LMAO doesn't this like contradict that 100+ post IGN fanboy orgy thread? Sheesh, eff reviews right now I'll decide on my own LIKE ALWAYS.
So you shouldn't be one of the ones saying that certain PS3 exclusives are coming to the 360 then eh? Noted. Oh yeah and MS doesn't own the Bioshock IP.
Drake needs the Sparta Kick combo now to homage 300. Start kicking pirates into holes and over waterfalls while shouting random things and vigourously eating apples.
Yeah I think I was around 20 mins when mine finished and this was Thursday "We're going to hammer the hell out of the PSN" night.
When I see devs passionate about their game, it makes me want to get it that much more as they've seem to have put a lot of themselves into it. To a certain extent anyway, I've seen some people passionate over some crappy games. In any case I can't wait until next week, the demo is a tease. The gameplay was there in the demo, I really can't wait to see how the story pans out with the writing pedigrees the team has.
Yeah I really got the Tomb Raider vibe while playing Uncharted. What with the Drake being a big breasted globetrotting acrobat flipping about shooting tigers, dinosaurs, and demons with pinpoint accuracy. I also got the Gears vibe from Uncharted, because we all know Gears of War invented cover and shoot gameplay. Kill.Switch and Winback never existed and certainly didn't do it first and better (in Kill.Switch's case that is), even if Cliffy B said they got the idea for Gears from Kill.Switch....
I don't like developers talking about DLC for games such as this when the game hasn't been released yet.
LMAO that happened to me too!! I didn't even spin out the car just rolled itself while I was still on the road, hope Criterion didn't mess up Burnout Paradise but I can see from the footage that one is going to rock.
