Gamespot:
10.0: Prime This exceedingly rare score refers to a game that is as perfect as a game can aspire to be at its time of release. Obviously, the constantly changing standards for technology and gameplay will probably make this game obsolete some day, but at its time of release, a game earning this score could not have been improved upon in any meaningful way.

Virtually flawless. No game is absolutely perfect, but 10...
Dude I just came here and I was gonna be like "WTF@Otogi" and there it is, you guys said the same thing. Seriously wth indeed, Phantom Dust, Panzer Dragoon, and Jet Set Radio made it, I have no idea what's taking them so long with this one. The previous 3 look GORGEOUS upscaled especially Phantom Dust and Panzer Dragoon.
Wood's right man, buy the game because YOU want to play and not because you need to do your part to boost sales. I own a lot of games that haven't been huge sellers, why? Because they're fun and I like them. Sure all of us purchasing games helps (somewhat) to pave the way for future games from said company making it to X system and so forth but if you don't like it then so be it. Uncharted's a good game, I bought it and a lot of PS3 people here did too. Just because someone didn't purchase it...
We've been talking about this for the past few weeks and I'm glad more and more people are starting to realize it. No, a perfect score does not go to "revolutionary games" even if they ARE good. It goes to PERFECT games which there aren't any because there is ALWAYS something that can be improved or changed.
You can't review an entire game praising it highly, and then rush the last paragraph full of issues with the game and then give it a 10/10. That means it's not p...
Man those textures are horrid, looks like a high res PS2 game. Sega, you better get your sh-- in gear.
But the PS3 one was made before they even announced it on 360? And even when they did announce it was multiplat they hadn't started working on the 360 version yet. In any case the game is going to be dope, whatever the platform get it instead of starting stupid ass flamewars over "your" version being better than the other.
I'm trying to hold off on upgrading el 7950, but these are looking better and better.
If they're coming from the quality programming (sarcasm) on primetime tv, then please stay in your realm.
Exactly Xiphos, certain games and movies I play and watch respectively my kids for damn sure won't be seeing for quite a while. Yee won my respect for changing his crusading stance to one of informing parents on what they need to do. Jack should take a look and follow suit instead of levying frivilous lawsuits against anyone who looks at him crosseyed.
I remember there were a couple dudes lighting fires in the garden section in Walmart which is on the far side of the store. When everyone rushed over there they made out with as much electronic stuff as they could, did it about 4 times until they got caught. But really, the kid probably just walked straight out with it. I saw a few people walk out and beep and the door people didn't say crap.
Holy crap yay, I'll own like 8 PSN titles now. Pretty good start for only being out a year.
If it were a normal game yeah, but considering the evolving nature of this I can see why they're still hiring artists. Someone's going to need to create the additional building blocks they give us down the line.
Senior Artist eh?. ..
Yeah if you like card games Eye of Judgment is pretty damn awesome. As far as the rest of it, check this: http://blog.us.playstation....
and tell me what you think.
Metacafe is dope for things like this, I love that site so much. There's a few things I still have to build from there like that burning laser pointer.
Are you sad that you don't have a PS3 or something? I see you in more of our topics than whatever the hell system it is you have.
Awesome, listening to developers, and listening to us. They've gotten off of that horse, I'm glad now we'll start seeing more awesome things. I really hope they make those PS Eye tech demos into games, they were some of the most innovative things I've ever seen.
I thought I looked everywhere too and only came up with 44. The relic is a treasure, you'll find it early on in the game. I could tell you where but :D
Yeah I was hoping that they could team up more than that fight, he was likable and they had a pretty funny dynamic going there. Drake wanted to save him too, I wanted some more backstory as to what happened with them in the past. Prequel maybe?
Because if the scale is 1-9 then perfect is then 9 so it'll be an 8.9 and so forth. The scale of 1-10 is there to judge from whether a game is absolute crap and the devs be beaten for wasting our time and their time with it (1) to absolute gaming perfection (10). Any game that you'd think to give a 10 to, take a minute to think about if there was ANYTHING at all wrong with the game or something you'd like to see improved with the current technology. If you can honestly say no then the game is...
