Hah you're so right, I hated the voice acting in FFXII. Mostly because a few people sounded quite off and it had to be downsampled to fit on the disc so it sounded like it was being fed through a cell phone from 1988. I'm hoping they do multiple language tracks as well, I heard everyone was supposed to be moving towards that anyway (EU not counting since it always does) since the system is region free and has enough space to accommodate it.

About damn time, this is the first time in a long time that I'm eagerly awaiting a Final Fantasy game. God I hope the music for the FFXIII trailer is in the game, even more so if it's the battle music. If it makes it out next year '08 is going to be the best game year EVER.
Ahh ok, I don't watch G4 anymore nor have I ever really watched SpikeTV. I guess that's why I haven't seen it. I figured it would have played on Adult Swim or Comedy Central by now.
Sony dropped the ball in advertising for this game, I only saw a brief gameplay snip in the onyx montage commercials. I know the commercial aired SOMEWHERE but to this day I still haven't seen it on TV.

And yes I do like my PS3, but more importantly I'm a fan of good games across all platforms. I'd also like to point out that I've had my 360 for far longer than you have o_O. God I wanna know who writes up the design documents and pitch proposals to publishers for those games. Man I'm finding it hard to believe that anyone throughout the design process failed to see what a horrible idea that was.
I got a 360 as well WageSlave and for me the media center capabilities the PS3 beats it overall. All the things you just mentioned can also be done on the PS3 as well, I just chose not to list them as they didn't apply to what he was saying but if you must go there I guess I'll let you know. Sorting and organization features are superior on the PS3 with the ability to create folders and tags.

Piracy didn't hurt the PC UT3, the consoles did. Go on the forums or ask any diehard UT player what they think about UT3. Chances are they'll complain about how something in UT2004 was better. That's not to say UT3 is a bad game, it's freaking awesome. But I have to agree it DOES feel gimped coming from UT2K4, one look at the options screen will let you know that. Fortunately for all sides a lot of the issues that PC gamers have with the game can and will be alleviated within UnrealEd.
