Stupidest thing I've ever heard, the story and gameplay to go along with it is what makes a game. Without a story games are virtually pointless and redundant.
'It is, perhaps, the Samsung Galaxy s8 to Sony's iPhone 7' perfect comparison. I'm an android and playstation guy and specs for all current phones/consoles will be way too similar to jump ship or even get both. Even if scorpio ends up being technically superior it won't be close to enough to choose it over the pro.

Also worth noting that the xbox brand had very little relevance the so ps2 sat comfortably with no equivalent competition for nearly an entire gen. Now xbox has claimed too much of the market for ps4 to sell those numbers. And with the disappointing performance of the xbox one Microsoft will be in a hurry to get the next gen started asap.

It doesn't need new ideas, it's a generic shooter. In fact the very criticism it's been getting is that it came up with new ideas. Battlefield 1 was nothing more than a reconfiguration of everything cod has done plenty of times and people praised the concept for its redundancy. Blame the retards whining about 'boots on the ground' for the series never improving

That would be awesome, I loved the first one. However I didn't find it nearly as scary as others did, but still an awesome game.
