Ignorance at its finest, convenience as a concept has been the formula for several billion dollar industries. Cds are dead, dvds and blu ray are dying and you better find a new hobby because you better believe games are next. Yes let's find countless shelves and cardboard boxes to store games you'll never touch again instead of having them conveniently stored on your hdd, makes perfect sense.

Play digital games offline, that's all I need. I dgaf about b/c or physical discs or any sort of special blu ray player I just want to have all my existing digital library playable and able to download and play offline. And hold strong support for vr as well, the rest is pointless crap.
Digital definitely, physical is ancient now digital is so much more convenient

What exactly is your point? They release new games every year as well, if that was an attempt at an insult it didn't make any sense.
Snob is a harsh word. I've been gaming since the 80s and other than a sentimental chuckle most older games have no replay value. They were needlessly difficult and the controls were terrible. Gaming just got better, they don't hold the 'classic' value that music and movies do.

Although uncharted has eclipsed the importance of this series Lara will always be the queen of the adventure genre. Looking forward to this let's just hope Microsoft doesn't have any retarded tricks up their sleeve this time.

Microsoft pulled off one of the biggest hoaxes of all time last gen, 360 was shallow trash. This gen just shows that gamers won't be fooled twice
It would take one hell of a game to even contend with TLOU for GOAT. As great as sonys lineup is for the rest of this gen I doubt they will reach that caliber, not even TLOU 2
