For games ps4 is the clear winner, if you're more just into tech and multimedia then X could be your better choice. I'm building a library of 4k movies and no player to play them yet, if the X was in the same price range as a decent standalone player it would be on my radar.

I don't mind difficulty, I hate extremely confusing progression. I gave up on vice city, bloodborne, and resident evil 7 for this reason. Difficulty is fine, just beat all those valkyries in God of war and that was a bitch and a half but it was fun. But when you have to spend hours just figuring out what the hell to do to move forward it eliminates the fun factor, at least for me it does.

Not sure if your making a genuine prediction or trolling. But with the stellar exclusive year they had this year alone they already have nothing to prove. Then with Days Gone, Death Stranding, Ghost Of Tsushima, Dreams, Shadows Die Twice, FF7 remake and TLOU 2 all in the pipeline they are geared up for either an insane finale this gen or an insane start for ps5.
Ps3 was definitely the best, best new games and console infrastructure

Even at the 600 dollar price ps3 was still by far the cheapest blu ray player on the market as the equivalent one costed 1000 dollars at the time.
