I for one am excited about this. I heard the HALO novels were awesome. I haven't read any of either series yet but the Mass Effect story was vaguely familiar to an Alastair Reynolds book I once loved.

Technically the first absolute next gen game was gears but a constant flow of "real next gen games" didn't show till ps3
i.e Bioshock, Mass Effect, Resistance, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted
so that would be technically correct same as 5 million on name alone.
Also If you harped as much about 360's first party games as much as Sony's third party games you might actually get MS to put out a Blockbuster that doesn't need to be patched.

I think Mass Effect and Uncharted far outweigh any problems. They may not be perfect but they're both masterpieces.

You know how all those glitches in mass effect and all the ones they patched in bioshock didn't matter to most xbox fans and those were super hyped. What makes you think third party glitches bothered anyone playing it on a playstation. You my friend need to go back to school
Playstation may have buggy third party stuff but at least the first party stuff is solid.
