It's obvious that Sony's lack of focus on games is hurting both hard- and software sales.
I'm not dissin the ps3's features, to me they are nice, but from the 100 million people that bought the ps2 for playing games, 90% could care less about these features, and just want to play games.
I see 360 games commercials on tv all the time, 360 software sales are recordbreaking. I never see a ps3 commercial, and when I do, it's not about the games, hence the crappy sales.

They focus on Blu-ray movies and technical stuff. A 5 min ad with 30 sec focused on games. How is this going to appeal to the masses?
This ad pretty much sums up what's Sony's stand.

I'm getting it in 2 days. I've been playing the demo since yesterday, and the demo alone is better than any racer I've ever played, just awesome.
All the haters haven't seen/played this game on my 50", you people don't know what you're talking about.

Too bad it comes out the 18th, here in Holland.

I've been playing the demo for 8 hours str8 and I love it. In-car view and steering wheel FTW!

The graphics are just great, they could use a bit more polish in some places, but overall this is the best looking racer at the moment. The tracks are awesome and the gameplay is really tight.

Jin Kazama, please don't tell me what games to buy for my 360, you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Go play Motorstorm or Ridge Racer or something.

Compared to what? Anyways, can't wait for this game, 4 days left. Yesterday I constructed a steering wheel/gas-brake pedal set-up, wich I put right infront of my 50" plasma. I played pgr3 on it, with in-car-view, and that's already awesome, it really feels like you're driving a car. Like I said can't wait for pgr4.

the Simpsons demo is really good, it's really fun to play and I think I'm actually gonna buy the game. EA seems to have a quality game here.
I am a big Simpsons fan, so that helps to, I guess.

for 400 euro I might be tempted to buy one, mostly for the blu-ray player.

I bet you don't even own a 1080p tv, and maybe not even a ps3.

If a game console has high software sales, you as a owner, will profit from that, because developers will put more money and attention in that console, wich means more and better games.
