Why is that? And please, don't spew some crap like 'look at FF13' cause the game was linear from the start of development and i loved it. Why will doing what SE did with FF13 make any effect on the PS3 version, we still had full HD cutscenes and smoother experience. BTW i don't own an Xbox 360, and will get FFv13 no matter what for my ps3.

well it would have to be on 3 DVDs, and they were almost full on the old DVDs as well so it wouldnt be as easy to convert. Blu Ray can just take whatever the Devs throw at them. And i also disagree with it being better on xbox, i call BS on that.

I will be getting well over 10 exclusive for ps3 next year alone. I guess you don't like games enough, ps3 has games of all genres exclusive to the system. You like shooters, kz3, r3, third person, socom, third person action adventure, tm, uncharted3, racing gt5, arcade racer, motor storm, open world games, infamous 2, mmos, dc universe, the agency, should I go on?
Disagree, Final Fantasy 13, to me was one of my favourites in the series, i liked how they took risks by forcing you to play as a certain character, it made the story far more immersive, loved every second of FF13.

I was expecting......more? Idk crysis 1 looked better on my PC, more going on. I think it has something to do with the city as opposed to the jungle. The first game, when you took away the graphics was bland and repetitive. The sequal seems to have a better gameplay look and feel. Which for me makes a better game, graphics are still rock solid though.
i bet you, that Rage will not look as good as the press is hyping it. It will be a great game, and i have it pre-ordered, but i reckon it will not be the best looking game on consoles, due to it being multiplatform and it being open world. Plus all the Ps3 exclusives, Xbox Exclusives, the launch of the 3DS, and most likely the PSP2. I will be spending a crap tonne of money next year, easily over 2,000 dollars on new systems, games, accessories. YAY! Plus im buying a new Computer next year, life will be sweet.
Because Duke Nukem has totally proven itself to be a great game.....after all the delays, the change in developers, do you honestly think it will be a good game? Black ops isn't that bad Jees, I have no lag when I play, anyway this holiday season has been pretty slow all round. Next year however, will be amazing for games.
Because the games were fantastic, games can be fantastic in many factors, fun, inventive, but the overall game may not be as good as others. they tried something new but ultimately were not up to the caliber of full on top tier titles. Like halo reach, red dead, ac brotherhood and God of war. I personally for what ever reason, prefered smg1 over 2, couldn't tell you why, but thats how I felt. Maybe it was to similar? Mario I can kind of agree, but vanquish and bayonetta? They are no where near GOTY quality. Fantastic games, but not best of the year.
