What like gears and forza? I'll play them in an over night session later this year at my mates house, i don't like the kinect so they are out, and I have a pc that can run almost any game on high so I don't need a 360 for those 'console' exclusive games, so no, I don't need a 360 to satisfy my gaming this year my ps3, wii and Pc will do me just fine. Especially with the addition of both NGP and 3DS soon, I am truly a happy gamer.
Bioshock infinite is due next year......anyway...why not have a ps3 and have all those games plus all the awesome PS3 exclusives. Killzone 3, Resistance 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, Uncharted 3, Twisted Metal, DCUO, Motorstorm: A, SOCOM 4, InFamous 2 and more. The list of PS3 exclusives this year is staggering, it could count as a best of list by itself without including all the multiplatform games.
with a PS3, Wii, PSP, DS and PC i have no need for a 360, but i physicaly can't play all the games, i try, but its not possible.

Microsoft with their network it is unfeasable for them to let other companies have a subscription fee. The wii is impossible to have an MMo the network could handle it. With DCUO Sony has made a brilliant MMO, I love it to bits, I am now confident that MMOs will have a future on consoles, they will be different, but they can easily be done. I think this will be a disappointing for fans of KOTOR but a great star wars MMO. Day one, love MMOs.

Releasing the same games, with the same stories over and over has gotten old for me. Donkey kong, Mario, Kirby we have seen it all before, give me a brand new character that I can consider as awesome as Mario, link, samus, please nintendo, on DS you have made a few but wii has been all the wii sports and wii party's games for casuals. Die not expect that, finished the story and have about 95% of collectables, and I still need to ace about half the levels. And I haven't touched community levels yet! Such amazing replay value from this title.
I disagree with that statement a little bit. I find that each person thinks of different games that define playstation for them. For me it is metal gear solid, for my best mate it is god of war, for my girlfriend she thinks Killzone, each person can think a different game, the torch doesn't need to be thrown.
My girlfriend for the last 3 years is a huge gamer, more than me, she is just about to get her 50th platinum, and she is a fit tennis player, I am so lucky :)
