I can't agree more, the demo put this gradually growing smile on my face that no racer has done in quite some time. The graphics, sense of speed, the soundtracks, the colors, the ambience, everything made me want to run out to the store and throw my money at the clerk behind the counter.
After installing the update I am extremely happy with what Sony has accomplished. The UI moves way faster on vanilla ps4 very smooth , the folder content is perfect, holding the home button bringing up the side menu is great and the addition of HDR and other said features made for a well rounded update. Bravo Sony.
It's impossible to include the zen cpu, Microsoft has stated that all games will be playable across platforms, exactly like Sony's machine. Changing the ram and cpu will cause DEV differences and split the game player base. At this point I think Microsoft should just make this console into just a next generation system. Utilize the Zen processor, beef up the gpu, maybe stacked ram, and let it be a completely new iteration. I think by 2017, four years after the Xbox 1 is completely in ...
Granted it is what it is , but it does have that Wendy's square sandwich look to it. I do like the light strip across the front of the system, that is very cool. But honestly, out of all the systems so far the Xbox 1 S looks the best. When I opened it it feels great , it's heavy solid construction and looks like a modernized ps2.
I will definitely get the 4pro, but make sure fellow gamers upgrade your tv's with HDR, I'm getting my 4K this October , but it's worth noting to do your homework when buying your 4K set, cuz a lot of models don't have hdr support, most if not all 2016 models do have hdr with better refresh rates, so definitely inspect fully.
I hope my Msi gtx960 gaming edition over clocked can at least get medium at 1080p
Just open and critical thinking, do you think the price was justified based on consumer demand? The hype train for this game skyrocketed (no pun) which could have lead to hello games, Sony, etc putting a full price tag on the game? Just a thought. I think if the hype for this game never reached the proportions it did it may have been 39.99. While that's not to blame consumers but the companies could have said hey, this will sell very well even at 59.99. What do you guys think?
I think the primary issue here is not about greed but more so about the message delivered. Hello games stated on multiple occasions about features that are not in the game. And like below I agree with lelo2play, the price of admission for an incomplete product or just a false promise of said features, is a significant reason..if I go into a store and a person says yes this product can do as stated such as wireless internet access and it does not, who wouldn't bring that product back for ...
I traded mines in yesterday and I received 17+3 because I purchased Dues Ex. So hurry fast if you want to get any value from it.
Such a big deal over 4K. Anyone heard of this reso? 5120x2880? It's called 5k and displays are in the wild. Great article over at digital trends detailing it, but we have to accept the mathematical equation of affordability by accommodations. It's only so much that can be offered to a sizable market. A dell 27inch 5k display is at best 1500 dollars and in order to utilize it you need two display ports. Could we skip 4K and say usher in 5k? No because companies have to milk the Trend b...
I think the price will be 599 but maybe MS will use the new Zen chip which performs on park with i7 6700 for 250$...maybe they will utilize that chip and the cost won't be ridiculous.
When we look at the term "premium" , makes me wonder about pricing. 499-699? Anyone for a speculation conversation ?
Anyone remember a certain ps1 game called Colony Wars? Which was an amazing game scoring 9's and was one of the best ps1 games? This has that feel and im super excited for tomorrow morning.
While each play style is fine, I think it will be a little different as the game evolve. It's so much more to do besides just getting to the center. Learning alien languages, being a space pirate, battles, etc...my thing is hello games can take advantage of quality updates. I mean something as simple as space races and pVp interactions. pVp space battles. Just mix it up and make sure the universe has many things to offer over "just" getting to the center of the Galaxy.
Biggest thing I think is draw distance possibly. If it's procedural, then maybe it will not be much different. I do recommend having the highest connection rate or use Ethernet over wireless.
Well, bumper cars are still in effect...also, is it me or the frame rate was really bad. I don't know if it was the video but a lot of stuttering can be seen, granted its time before release but that was something of note..The video was definitely cringe worthy.
It won't be removed. That's like saying remove all emulators from android, Apple. Etc...back on topic, wonder what kind of features and graphics options are available. I hope the Xbox one or one S can scale well and offer great options. 4K scaling with AA maybe? Just a thought.
Well, it's not like some game release where everyone is playing online before others getting unlocks and leveling up before street date. We are talking about media. The selling point of the box which In turn should work ..out the box
Looking at the comments , I reference desktop PC's and see how realistically these consoles could output 4K . A gtx980 performs at 5.3 tflops and the 980ti about 6.5...So somewhere in that range. Research on 4K performance could give some idea of real world performance. Remember, most benchmarks are done with core i7's. Now, researching the 980ti bench with current gen games at 4K net sub 60fps and even a game like metro last light is sub 30fps. At 6.5 tflops, more than the Xbox Scor...
My rig will....slap RE7?
